Did the injections goes as planned wasn't any issues pining ?
Didn't get sub leakage some times if you miss slightly and get some leakage can cause this not saying this is what happened just a question

You certainly can get a tad more pip with propionate compared to many of the longer esters, that being said what your describing sounds more then as simple as that.
One > could be due to your injections, there’s a multitude of things that could cause this without rattling all of them off.
Two > you could have an allergy it slight intolerance to the carrier oil
I've only ever pinned delts twice and both times resulted in pain, redness, hot to touch etc. Yet the same gear was fine in other sites such as glutes and quads. Sometimes certain sites just aren't a good fit.
Sounds like it could be an issue with the brew.
