creatine doesn’t do much ?

I’ve been on Creatine for the past 2 weeks and I’ve seen zero difference in the weight room
seems to me like the creatine isn’t doing anything
do you have any advice for me if I should increase to those right now I’m doing five grand a day
maybe I should just drop it and try something else?
Creatine takes time to build muscles but it is a very useful supplement in the long run if consumed on a regular basis

You should not expect any supplement to be earth shattering but creatine certainly is beneficial and does show some changes.. it takes a bit of time though, you are not going to notice it in just two weeks either.. you also dont mention how much you are taking nor anything diet and training related, which also plays a keep factor in everything

As most of these boys have said.

Creatine is not a steroid.

Idk what you're expecting but you might need to lower those expectations.

It does not directly grow muscle.

Rather it facilitates more muscle glycogen.
Fluid in the muscle.

You still need to be eating enough.
And drinking enough water.

But even when it's doing its job, it's not something that's going to cause major aesthetic changes, definitely not in a couple of weeks.

It takes more than two weeks before physiological effects even kick in.
