If I'm creatine loading right now, I'm doing 40grams of creatine per day so should I split this into 2 doses morning and workout or should I split it into meal time? Like 5 doses per day.
 
bro thats a high load...40grams? maybe split into 5-10grams per meal....not 20/20
 
40 grams man is too much. I wouldn't go over 20. There is just no need.
 
Creatine loading is a supplement company gimmick to get you to use more product just take 5-10 grams post or pre work out and you will be mint brother

I don't even see the point in loading it man, just take your regular dose daily and be consistent
 
It is quite pointless to take so much, and even worse taking it all at once. Just take 15 and 15 to make a total of 30 grams throughout the day - this should be plenty for most people.
 
I use to Load Creatine, and when I did, I never went over 20 Grams split into AM and PM.
Where did you come up with 40 Grams, that's just way to much.

Your Creatinine will be Off the Charts if you have to get Blood Work done.
So if you have a Future Blood Work coming up, let your Doctor know so He or She doesn't think you have a Kidney Problem........... JP
 
Loading creatine is completely unnecessary. It is a marketing tactic used by supplement companies to get you to use more product. Scientifically, it doesn't make any sense either. You can only super-saturate your body's creatine-phosphate energy bonds so much.

5-10g per day is sufficient. You don't need to supplement with creatine on off days or cycle it. I personally take one serving of ancient strength from n2bm.com pre workout and post workout, and don't supplement with creatine on my days off from the gym.
 
I agree you don't have to load creatine but, with me creatine seems to work better and faster. It's also so cheap why not load it
 
I took a protein scoop of creatine once. Sends you straight to the toilet. But no other sides haha

What's your ht/wt/bf% ? What data are you going off of to take such a high load? What's your goals as well?

I personally don't load creatine anymore just 5g a day for me. But when I did it was something like 20g. I feel like 40g is overkill.
 
I dont load either..its a good way to keep me at the store..an older old skool body builder put me on some pills called torabolic..i only use them b4 workouts..and they give a awesome pump...and they last longer too..
 
I also feel loading isn't needed, just a gimmick and extra stress on your kidneys. Save your money and buy some steaks
