creatine vs aminos

what could be the best option between those two to stack with my protein powder for bulking? I can only purchase one
due to my low budget, so I would like and advice, thanks.

Creatine for bulking! Protein powders contain some Amino's anyway. Some add BCAA's into the mix to bump up the protein content. A balanced diet plus a good whey supplement should see you OK for most Amino's. I'm about to purchase creatine as we speak. Only took it once in the past and didn't notice any changes, but I'm more dialed in now and more things are on point so will give it another whirl and see how it goes

Creatine.

Creatine has over 500 human clinical studies backing its safety and effectiveness. It's a really good inexpensive supplement that works well.

Either get a bulk creatine monohydrate powder or a capsulated product like ancient strength from n2bm.com

Creatine is probably the best supplement when you factor in results and cost. It is fantastic when you are bulking. I would get that and use the rest of the money on food! You don't even really need a protein powder.

What dose should one be taking to get the most out of creatine? I've got 1250mg capsules coming. The stated dose is 1-3 caps p/d. 3750mgs sounds a lot tho, ha!
