Honestly, anything more gives me absolute insane night sweats because I pretty much eat all of my food in an eating window from like 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm

So I go to bed on a huge full stomach

Only time I’ll ever increase it will be during a cut when my body fat starts getting low and I noticed I actually start to run cold

During a cut I’ll do 200mg every 5-6 days

It is for me. I don’t really eat meals spread throughout the day I fast all throughout the day even alongside training I’ll rack up at least 20,000 steps Avoid gluten dairy things that bung up digestion. Come 5pm every night Im absolutely ravenous

1.5 kg meat ( roast chicken/ground beef/pork/lamb/tuna)
400g parboiled rice (dry) or 4 packs of microwave rice
1Kg potato chips air fried
1 can beetroot / 500g steamed broccoli.
I’ll get up tidy up after dinner take my full insulin sensitivity health supplement stack. Along with 1 L of coconut water.
20 minutes passes give or take
I’ll grab my 500 g box of rice bubbles/rice crispies / coco pops my jar of raw honey 2 litres a2 lactose free light milk or almond milk

Mix up 100g collagen protein in the milk, down a box of cereal.

Once Thats done I’ll snack on a bag of natural sea salt potato chips pin my gh then sleep like a baby 💪🏻

Bro, what the hell! you’re a machine! When I was eating 6k calories, my jaw was sore from all the chewing!

It’s something I’ve trained myself to do over the years simply out of being lazy. I used to eat 2 to 3 meals a day and a shake but even the most simple boring premade meals you waste so much extra time cooking and cleaning and tidying up. I sit down at 6 pm each night and for the most part I’m done eating by 8 pm in bed ready to sleep by 9 pm two hours of eating 30 minutes of cleaning. 👌🏻💪🏻🙏🏻

A lot of the meat I eat is ground beef or slow cooked shit. I can just chuck in a giant bowl and mixed together with barbecue sauce.

I don't think I've seen a cycle like that one yet on EVO and at those doses. Do you have bloodwork to show us? That is one really interesting cycle and it's obviously working for you. You look fantastic, great build on you everywhere brother.
