It is normal to feel tired and depleted during a cutting phase when your calories are low and you are trying to cut body fat but you shouldn't feel like a walking zombie. That is a red flag that you are taking too aggressive of an approach too soon.
One of the biggest mistakes I see people make when they start a cutting phase is they go all out at the beginning. They go from eating 4000 calories per day to eating 2000 calories per day and add in an hour of cardio. That is WAY too aggressive of an initial start. You always want to loose weight on the most amount of food and least amount of cardio possible so you have room to get more aggressive later on as your progress stalls.
It sounds to me like you took a too aggressive approach with your cutting phase to start. I would increase your carbs by 50-100g per day. You will probably feel a lot better and keep dropping body fat.
Remember that hard weight training is what builds and sculpts the physique. If you are so depleted that you can't train hard, you won't get the results you want. It's not a suffering contest.
