cyclist needs advice

Hey guys I have been reading your post and love how you assist and help people on the right direction , and I would like to get some advice too
I am a cyclist and I'm very close to start competing in a higher level I'm currently in, but I still have some issues on endurance and the problem is tha I have to compete against younger guys and when I push too hard a feel a lack of strength on my legs specially when the stage is mountain so thanks in advance , and have a few questions:
1. What can you recommend me to build strength?
2. How can I build endurance?
3. Is testosterone good for my sport?

The only steroid that would really benefit an athlete would be EQ because it increases red blood cell count and doesnt cause a whole lot of water retention.

Honestly though, as a athlete, I would forgo steroids altogether and use SARMS instead. Even steroids like EQ will probably hurt your performance, not improve it.

Steroids like EQ also open up a whole bag of worms of other issues because they are suppressive of natural testosterone production. After using EQ, you would need to run a full PCT which gets very expensive.

SARMS are going to be your best option as an athlete. Steroids will increase strength, but they will also cause a lot of water retention and negatively impact endurance. Your sports performance will actually probably be worse on the steroids then before you started the cycle. You might actually be slower when using the steroids because of the amount of body weight and water retention you gain on the cycle.

SARMS on the other hand will directly increase endurance, fat loss and recovery. They aren't as strong as steroids in terms of strength and muscle gains but you get all the good, with none of the side effects. They don't cause water retention, are only minimally suppressive of natural testosterone production and aren't liver toxic. You will still increase strength on SARMS, just not to the same extent that you would on steroids.

Cardarine will directly increase fat loss and endurance
Ostarine will increase recovery
S4 will increase strength and lean mass
You get the best of everything with the triple stack

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
 
HGH and EQ are what cyclists would want to use as far as hard PED's (HGH is very hard to get so i wouldn't even bother unless you got a very good hookup)

SARM's as musky outlined above are an absolute gem for cyclists

GW and SR9009 are both absolute musts. use the SR before your workouts or events. and use the GW daily

and train the shit out of yourself. the more hours you put in with endurance sports the more you will succeed. i learned this myself when i used to compete.
 
I would run something like this:

Weeks 1-16
EQ 300mg per week
Cardarine 20mg per day
SR-9009 20mg 45 minutes before training or a race

*EQ aromatizes very slowly so I would have an AI on hand but probably wouldn't run it unless needed. With a lower dose of 300mg I suspect you will not have issues. The exception would be if you were extremely gyno prone.
