First cycle 30yrs old

I just joined this forum about a week ago. I'm slowly making my entrance back into online communities.

My recent testosterone Free is 375 pmol/L. I don't want to be on test forever, I'm just curious about doing a cycle. Do you think I should skip HCG? I'm already super lean and very insulin sensitive I think my estrogen will stay in control just doing test without estrogen blockers, what do you think?

It's a difficult decision but I would love the assisted RBC increase because thats one of the things I am after. I was lowish on iron and 12 but on a plan now to correct it. HB at 133 so as a runner/cyclist I was hoping to increase blood volume over 3 months and maybe shrink a bit down if I have to for the summer and smash some PR's maybe do some races idk. You think it's worth it if im just gonna shrink down again? I do want to become elite level at cycling.

I am 69kg, I dont mind getting to like 75kg. If I do 200mg a week, while endurance training, do you think I will gain a ton of mass? 200 to little? Im even considering doing test prop only cycle, me thinking I can make adjustments quick and also less lag time on the reboot.
 
A friend of mine does Test E 30-50mg everyday, is that a popular method? Never heard of it

This is me, 69kg 172cm. Natty. fully Saturated on banana/sugar smoothies for 10+ months leading up to this photo, caloric surplus at all times. 1fully hysrated. 100% drug free, I vape allot of weed and hash though.

If cycling and running are your goals then SARMS might be a better option to dive in with. They are great for high output endurance. I used to race road/mtb/cyclocross and IM triathlon along with road running and ultra marathon. I used Ostarine and cardarine at that time and it was the perfect boost to be able to push hard and push through barriers.

You test is 375ng/dl per your comment. What is the range on that labwork?

Your bloods are fine. I would not mess with hormones at this point as when you come off they may not come back to present levels and then you'll be reliant on exogenous test to keep your levels good and that doesn't go well with pro level cycling or even national for that matter.

I was mainly after the red blood cells. I have access to EPO. But not really into doing drugs, Testosterone I was considering as an acception/experiment. One I get my blood volume up, I can keep it there, just takes a while to increase hemoglobin and I already wasted 3-4 months.

I guess I will have to play the waiting game to boost my Hemoglobin, I already spent 3 months trying to correct the hemoglobin but I wasnt taking high enough dosage of Iron and B12, I burn right through B12 in like 2 weeks I need constant high doses of B12. It's been a month since I've been on 150mg iron and 5000mcg B12 per day, so my next blood test is later today, pray that my iron and B12 is up because if not I have a problem

Idk the rules but you can probably do trt and still compete pro idk though
 
I was injecting B12, did 10mg over a week then did maintenance dose, and a 1000mcg injection 1 week before recent test, and it went down. Pretty crazy.
 
The two sarms I have suggested will feel like your at elevated RBC. They will allow you to give more at the same effort levels or help push through the lactic and increase output performance.
Don’t mess with EPO. It’s dangerous.
I will probably not do any SARMS or test. EPO I know is dangerous which is why I was considering doing a cycle of testosterone. I like that testosterone is something already found in the body and not an RC. not saying RC's are bad. I've done some 5-meo and 4-aco before when I was younger lol

You look good, very lean and good base @SugarIsKing but like anything else we dont know much about you!
Before talking cycles you need to start a proper pre-cycle training and diet log because right now we do not know enough about your weekly training volume, food intake, sleep, or recovery and the EVO family needs that to actually help you dial this in. 15min to start it up.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Just found out my hemoglobin went down 10 points this month, this is the same month I fully tackled the low iron and 12 with my doctor, Ive been on 150mg iron per day plus 5000mcg b12, now hemoglobin is 122, the universe must be playing with me... I just set my biggest 20mins and 30 mins wattage PR's yesterday. Idk I might be cooked. No playing with my body until I get this right. Fuck me. Just when I thought I was increasing hemoglobin this happens. 11 points is like losing a litre of blood. anyway pray for me lol So weird I just PR'd twice and had a really great week of training.

I guess I will just browse these forums and learn while I get these things sorted out. This is #1
