Deca Gyno?

Say I want to do a test e 500mg and deca 300 mg, if I start getting Gyno how do I know it’s from the test or the Deca, how to use caber or Aromasin for this?

Because you should already have experience using 500 test by itself and know how to control estrogen on that dose. Also with deca gyno you'll generally be lactating. Been there, not a good time lmao.

Easy, you take aromasin the entire cycle and you can run caber at .25mg twice a week if you are prone to prolactin issues.

Typically people have caber on hand if prolactin becomes an issue but you would 100% use your AI (aromasin) from day one of the cycle.

Don't wait until you get gyno to use an AI.

deca aromatizes 1/4 the rate of test. so people always blame deca when it was really test

Dont get gyno so it wont matter. Rinse aromasin at 12.5mg eod

monitoring bloodwork is of huge importance... 300 mg of deca is a good dose that keeps side effects low... obviously using an ai will help to prevent issues but bloodwork will tell you all about your dosing and if/how you need to adjust it...
