Nice write up, and I think this article and the follow up should be pointed to when people jump on the board asking how to cut and lose 8lbs. Dieting or having a proper diet is key to shaping your body to your determined goal. For my body I need to eat like 16 meals a day because my metabolism is so high. Keeping snacks handy (they count as meals) that also naturally boost testosterone levels keeps me eating healthy while doing all I can to make sure my diet is also boosting my test level.
