Diet While on HGH

I'm starting HGH soon at about 2iu's a day and would like to know if there's a recommended diet while on it.

Should I stick with my normal cutting diet or up my calorie intake?

Goals are to to lean out while putting on a bit of mass.
 
You should always adjust your calories for your goal, no matter what you are on so keep that in mind. You should also gravititate more towards one goal and stick with it. Gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time is an entirely complex process and very hard to do successfully.
 
give an example of a day's diet, what lab GH?? any t4 plans?? what type of workouts do you do?

I usually have about 1800-2400 calories a day with an IF window from 8PM -1PM the following day. Macros are 60F/20C/20P.

I'll be using norditropin at 2iu's a day.

A workout week usually consists of 4 days of Olympic Weightlifting, 2 days of of metabolic conditioning (crossfit), and 1 day rest.


A lifting day generally looks something like this:

1) 3 position clean (2 each top down, power/knee/floor) – 1×1@50%, 1×1@60%, 1×1@70%, 2×1@80%, 1×1@70%

2) Snatch balance (%1rm sn) – 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@70%

3) Jk recoveries (%1rm jerk) – 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@90%, 1×5@100%, 1×5@110%

4) Back squat – 1×5@50%, 1×5@60%, 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×5@85%, 1×5@70%


My main goal was to try and lean out while gaining strength but now it looks like I should focus on one, then the other... most likely strength then lean out.

In that case you'll want to maybe keep a protein high and not be afraid of some good carbs. You can lean out too but don't eat for it. Just eat for strength and see what happens. You may lean out without trying.

T4 is a thyroid hormone produced in the hypothalamus also the inactive hormone of thyroid regulates metabolism and is turned into t3 to be utilized by the cells

If you wanna get lean and bigger cut out the gluten and dairy of your diet high inflammation bad for the body toxic load slows down the thyroid promotes estrogenic effects

Best thing i can tell u to do is have some t4 on hand if ur skeptic but i think that the t4 for hgh is a complete myth ur body is using the t4 more efficiently with hgh in presence that is why you have more active free t3 which is what u want. T4 does absolutely nothing but store thyroid hormones and waits to be turned into t3, but just get blood work done every month and check ur free t3 and reverse t3 along with ur t4 if they remain the same u are good everyone reacts different to gear so its not a one size fits all what works for u may not work for me mate

Thanks for the info bud. Will definitely get blood test done to check my levels and use t4 if necessary.
