Quick backstory (cycles). My first ever cycle was LGD4033 for $160 from Sarms1. It was OK if that. Then decided to try EA LGD, not impressed, made me tired, no desire to eat, and no strength gain notices. Then I tried CrazyBulk products. They should rename it to CrazyBunk cuz I wasted every penny. Now, DMZ/4AD (first PH cycle). Almost half a year of research went into this and I personally know 3 kids who took this stack @ 18 and to this day are thriving.
Now stats, then ill start the desired log.
Age : 18 (i know to young, hpta, liver, this and that) I am not dosing at 60 mg or anything bonkers and will cut down if I feel like im turning into a zombie. I will play it safe but just wanna experiment now before college ball.
Weight (Start Jan 31.): 182 dry Goal (End Feb 28.) 195/200 dry.
Height: 6'1 1/4 on a good day
BP: 250 x 1 S: 360 x 1 (ACL Tear 1 year ago) DL: 315 x 1 (due to a shitty back problem Freshman year) and Cleans : 205 x 2
Goals? BP: 250+ S: 405 x 1 DL: 405 x 1 Cleans: 225 x 1
Diet? It's pretty damn solid if you ask me. ill post it if someone is interested.

I won't be passing on any helpful tips to an 18 year old. I am glad to see you know, after a year of research, that 18 is too young. It's a pity that you still decided to carry on. That you've also done two cycles already is annoying as is the apparent lack of knowledge regarding the number of fake PH's out there. And where, having done a years research did you get the idea of a 4 week cycle?
 
i'm confused here. pro hormones were banned 2-3 years ago in the US. so whatever you are taking is not a pro hormone unless you live overseas

I used to read another forum that was much more liberal about stuff before I found Evo and iSarms. There’s a lot of bro science that takes place on that forum along with much misinformation. But there were quite a few US users that were taking PHs that were legit from over seas distributors.

Not true. Pro-hormones DO still exist, but they are all weak DHEA derivatives. All the real pro-hormones (AKA designer steroids) are banned after the 2014 pro-hormone ban. The ban took place in Canada, US, the UK, Australia...everywhere.

A lot of supplement companies renamed their products the same name as the old pro-hormones to try and trick a naive buying audience but they are NOT the same thing.
 
Thanks Muskate. That kind of response is why I keep coming to this forum to read and seek advice. Everyone here is very informative and willing to share what they know.
 
At 18 your test levels are as high as when some guys run gear. Why would you risk fucking up yourself for life when you can make the same results without PEDs? Makes no sense. Is it worth it to gain an extra 3lbs of muscle to never be able to have kids?
 
i would not advise you to use steroids if you paid me a million dollars.. yes, you can make your own choices but im certainly not contributing to someone ruining your life... listen man, i get THOUSANDS of questions per day and I have been doing this a long time and have seen it all... i think i know what happens to guys that use steroids your age and you know what, its never good, not at all... you are gong to learn a very very severe and lifelong lesson that i have a feeling you dont want to encounter... you are too young to be using ANYTHING bro... be smart, don't be a fool and learn the hard way…

Okay guys, so the reason I ran this (just to contest to the whole 'your teste levels are this high), I busted my ass off for months on end and couldnt ever get past my 315 DL plateau, squat plateau, bench plateau, and said fuck it because its a joke. I gain maybe 5 lbs. with heavy eating in probably 4 months, not joking.(not trying to be rude or anything but its the truth, i wasn't growing) Time for Log :)
(Days and Weeks below are based off of MG's taken to refer to weeks, theyre not actually week lengths, but I ran my dosage based on amount I have, smart right? lol)
Days Jan. 31 - Feb. 6 ran at 15mg (1cap) - 'Week1' referral
Days Feb. 7 - Feb. 17 ran at 30mg (2 caps split) - 'Week2' referral
Days Feb. 17 - Feb. 28 (3 caps split) - 'Week3' referral

Week 1 -
No noticable gains, but I was told I looked bigger with only 3 lbs gained, if that. I was fluctuating between 178 to 185 so who knows. Week 1 sucked ass because I forgot to grab Fish Oil and Co10 (head fogginess like a mf) but otherwise it was good.

Week 2 - The juicy stages (right now). In these 10 days... wow is all I can say. Went from the weird numbers above ^ (dry) to as of right now, 192 dry. No noticeable speed differences, cutting differences. I feel more explosive, quick, fast, whatever you want to call it. I figured hey, never being over 183 in my life to being 192 I'd get slow, but in reality taking cuts/jukes, I feel more powerful and honestly alot smoother. Getting out of 40 stance or sprinter stance, I feel like i got some meat pushing me instead of feeling so damn light. 10lbs. does alot! Im now able to rep 315 for 2, 3 if its a good day. I got my power clean to 205, and with a form fix and more of a squat clean, could easily get 225 to 245. Squat? Oh baby, do my quads look veiny when at the bottom. I do 4x3 5x1x1 first 3 sets Front Squat and last 2 back squat as it gets heavy (to me) and maybe thats why I still feel explosive? (college lifting program) Bench? I dont really care as I said because I need to focus on more explosive stuff and a slot receiver as I know I wont be going chest first into a DB lol that's silly and will sit me. I have gotten a ton bigger too. Im really starting to fill out and i'm loving it. Im loving how im finally growing after busting ass xD Unfortunaetly I got this crush on a girl whose gotta be a Fr. when im a Sr. :( but I gotta weigh those pros and cons as much as this cycle so Ill get back with that in a good minute :).

Week 3 started technically today so at the end of the month, I'll let you know final weight and all my 1 rep maxes.

Pros of DMZ - Good pumps, give it time and you will grow, makes you hornier than a fuck, focus after the first week increases, brain activity? i feel like Im doing better in school and able to remember more, gainz, reactions, water intake (you aint ever going thirsty).
Cons of DMZ - You get back pains which scare you because you think your liver is failing, but its just your damn head because theres no way it can if you run the OCT properly and drink 1+gallons of water a day. 1st week fogginess of head blows dick. Balls ache but what doesn't these days :/, anger, you flip a switch like that and your on somebodies ass for just looking at you wrong, its a drug, very weird bodily feelings (heart beats, weird stomach moving, ribs feel like theyre expanding 20 feet), makes you poop alot.

Thanks for reading guys, and Im sorry I did this to myself at a young age but I know deep down some of you guys want to see what happens if a 18 yr old takes this.
 
you could not break your plateau because you are only 18. what is the rush man?

strength training you have the potential to not even peak until you are in your late 40's and early 50's.. the strongest guys in every meathead gym are typically that age.

does life finish at 25? no. what is the rush?
 
way too young to be on gear man, you have so much natural production at that age why make such a big risk of losing that free natty test? Get on the food and lifting and results will show!

Not only is it not needed - its going to do more harm then good. A man goes through puberty until he's about 22-23. Playing with steroids before then will prevent you from going through puberty properly.

I started steroids at 18 and it was the worst decision I ever made. Learn from my mistakes.

Wait until you are AT LEAST 23
 
2 Days into Week 3 and WOAH.
When they said 45mg was the sweet spot, were they right. I wish I went ahead and bought 2 bottles to run 45mg the entire cycle. My 1rep Max above for Squat was based off of me being able to do 305 x2 (360 being 1?) but today I repped out 305 x1, 315 x1, AND 335x1 and had way more in the tank but my quads felt like they were tearing so I was like fuck it im happy. I hit 675 on Leg Press with still more in the tank but the whole quad quirk :/. Ill be honest, I feel like If I never tore my damned ACL Id be squatting damn near 500 (405 at the beginning of my Jr. football season), I was the strongest at my life. I was 175 on a good day squatting 4 hundred and 5 pounds. It hits me and makes me honestly sad that I wont hit 500 before I graduate but Im damned humble to finally squat over 300 with reps and more in the tank. Taking this crap really humbles me because it makes me realize how weak the body is (lol at me but oh well). Im just happy how everything is going, and I know with 1 week left exactly, Im going to be squatting 360 for 2/3 reps, and finally getting my 400 lbs. back. I will post after pics (deleted my before like a damn noob) and possibly links to videos but maybe not. I will be back at the end of cycle and at the mid point and end of PCT to inform yall of the gains kept and (also doing a quick cut with Instant Knockout product) for track to get shredded. But thats up for debate idk yet. Ill see you guys next week and thank you for checking out my thread it does honestly mean alot!
 
I know I'm not listening to the advice when I should.. and believe me when I say this, I wish I didn't take this DMZ (not because of side effects, there are none btw so far, but the fact it's a steroid). But with this, I have had a handful of family members. mom and dad side, who played with steroids at a young age (they're 30-45 now) and they say they still haven't had any problems because they told me when I asked them to keep the dosage a little under recommended, and so far I think it's holding true. I'm not saying by no means that I am immune, because I know im not, but if they played with legit roids at around my age and haven't felt/seen sides yet after 20 years, im theorizing I just have a higher tolerance possibly. No disrespect intended to you thought if some was felt. I have watched alot of your videos and when I saw you commented on my thread I was jumping around and laughing. Im sorry you hate that I did this but hey, stick around!

Its a shame you are putting yourself at risk and just because you think your tolerance might be higher because your parents did roids is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. Your only putting yourself at risk at the end of the day.

to me it doesn't bother me if young guys use, just educate yourself as to the consequences. because when they happen i don't want you coming back here crying for help. the best cure is to not fuck yourself up in the first place!
 
Yeah, thw whole dick thing did scare me but trust me, for how weird it is, everyday I have purposely got a boner to make sure, and im still horny as all hell. during my PCT I will continue to do the same. PCT is Nolva 40/40/20/20 with DAA
 
Going To end cycle March 2. now. I just want to end on a Friday instead of mid week. Switched up my Bench to 4x5 3x1x1 and im now getting those stretch marks on outer pec, very hard to see though unless in that good lighting. Squat I changed a 2 weeks back to 4x3 5x1x1 and that is really good for anyone looking for a good leg pump, and explosion, but for a better pump I go for a 8,6,4,2 leg press, all heavy loads, and after that my legs are pretty much toasted. Jump Roping has become a must for the fast twitch calf explosion. Calf Raises are really pointless as an athlete and I wished this entire cycle I would of started my jump rope (3x100 both, 3x50 single leg). For other changes in my lifts, Ive just been switching alot around, like arms first, or abs for instance first, just to keep my workout different and to flow better. Really looking forward to start PCT as DMZ is just draining me in school. The only reason I think im functioning is my DAA and 4Andro. As for PCT, Im still going to be busting ass because I heard a good month after Cycle of Pros/Gear you will still be making great gains so now Ill keep some of that motivation.

B- whatever S-whatever over 340 ill be happy. Deads- 330 and C- 225
By End of PCT
B- 225 x 4 S- 350 x 3 D- 350 x 2 C-225 x 2

Drank an Red Bull and that fried me. But besides that, I quit taking my Fish Oil and CoQ10, mistake. And also past week I have never been so stressed and battling years long slight/mild depression. That's a long, personal story, not going to get into. All these cause heart palpitations, and I think that Red Bull just finally kicked it in. Done with Energy Drink for a long time though, can promise that! As I got home from work, Popped 2 Fish and 1 CoQ10 and that was that. Today I feel great, told myself to quit hating life (because of my job, part time obviously but the drama is out of the fucking roof) and girls.. damn devils. Told myself to get over it and today my head has been clear and maybe placebo but i already feel way better then any day on cycle.. weird.
Picture im planning on the 4th of March, going to attempt a few poses. xD.
Uhhh lets see... PCT I'm feeling confident, got my Nolva, TT+DAA+Fenugreek, Liver RX. I read and read about PCT and they always said if you run a cycle like this, especially for how low dosed i kept it and all, to keep the PCT matching it. The PCT on top I read through and doesn't that seem excesive? No disrespect intended because i know you know way more but my thoughts was it was excessive since you did say "long ester" which refers to test if im not wrong? And for heavy steroid cycle, which DMZ isn't mild, but it isn't Dbol/Deca cycle, and if by chance I did happen to snag a weakened DHEA, then that means it did even less to me than thought. Seeming i only put on a solid 10-12 as of right now. Again, no disrespect I just wanted to argue my opinion and research.
Going to post again Friday to tell yall how last week of cycle went, Saturday pictures! (stay tuned) and Next week, will max 1 reps, and then will Log at the end of PCT and possible every month or so after I will post little updates about how stuff i going but thats reaching. Yeah, everyone is saying my dick will do this or that, and I wont be horny but it hasn't really affected me YET, not saying it will but I won't to say I doubt it will in the short run at least.

Werre coming back. For weight? Roughly the same, my BF% was I wanna say 12% and probably same now. When I cut sugar out of my diet my stomach goes flat, and the moment I add 150g + of suger, my stomach fat comes back so its weird. Tryna cut now but I like my sugar. Time for pics! You're super lean. Your body fat is around 8-10%. Not 12%

You have a great base man. Work on adding some more muscle to your frame and your physique will really shine.

i don't understand why you want to fuck yourself up when you are doing well so far. you are being too impatient !!

I know man lol I just have this DESIRE to get big and big but now that im off cycle... I probably wont ever run that stuff again xD If anything when im 26-28 when I should be out of college due to Physical Therapy, im thinking Deca/Dbol? I heard its nasty but idk i got time
 
Definitely adjust diet and try to add some mass to your frame. It will make a huge difference as you progress.

My diet (summed up).
1/2 or 1 cup of Peanuts or Almonds throughout the day (14-28g Protein)
Cold cut Sandwhich 10am (bread protein plus the 20g of meat Protein)
Lunch (school lunch so maybe 20g protein? idek)
Before Lifting meal: Bagel w/ PB (10g-14g protein)
After Lifting: Gummy Bears for carbs and the nuts ^^
Dinner: Chicken 8oz, Steak 8oz, or whatever parents made.

Was hoping I could do something else because its constant eating and I hate it lol
 
Remember that isn't all about protein intake. You have a lot of poor quality foods there. I get it because you are living at home so you don't have as much flexibility. You are eating what is there. Ideally though you swap out a lot of these foods for better choices.
 
I do!? Ah shit xD I didn't really eat much carbs and IDK if that was a bad choice or not but i mean I tried too but that 4AD absolutely killed my hunger.
As for an update... Boners came back, feeling like im back to normal (obviously not though) and I actually just max repped 225 for 5 and than 3 after a bit, Squat I havent max repped yet, 225 on power clean, and deadlift 350 ish for 2 or 3 so I broke my plateua, so thats a bonus.. for me its always a plataeu, 70-100lbs. gain (for squat and deads) LIFT ON BABY

Weight dry 186-187 so kept a good amount so far with good eating.

I agree with this and on top of it the first thing that came to mind when I read your daily diet was how much you weren’t eating for your age. You have insane genetics compared to me but at 31 I added more naturally, in roughly the same amount of time, than you did with chemicals. No offense but basically, the difference was your diet sucked for your goals. I will lay out for you my daily eating I used over my eight week bulk to start the year. Now keep in mind my goals and aspirations are power lifting not body building so I will eat more fat in my diet than most guys on here. So here goes.

Breakfast: 1 or 1/2 cup oats with a matching amount of whole milk, 1 serving wild flower honey, 1 serving sliced almonds, and one scoop of whey protein powder.. I make over night oats so I can basically drink them on my 30 minute drive to work in the morning. I also usuallt had 2 hard boiled eggs.

Workout 2 hours later usually had a banana and my pre workout of choice. My current program is based on compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, etc) high weight low reps. Due to the load this puts on my nervous system my accessory work is light to moderate weight with higher reps.

Post WO: Peanut butter and honey sandwich using whole grain bread, 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter, and 1-1/2 tablespoons wild flower honey. I also had 2 hard boiled eggs.

Lunch: 8-10 ounces meat, usually chicken or fish, with either 1 cup rice or 6 ounces of veggie pasta.

Afternoon snack: 1 cup cottage cheese with a hand full of blueberries and either a banana or an apple.

Dinner: 10-12 ounces of meet with some sort of vegetable, usually a green like broccoli, asparagus, or zucchini.

This would usually put me around 3200 cals/day the split would be 320ish grams carbs, 200-220 grams protein, and 90-110 grams fat. Eating this way I put on 15 pounds in 8 weeks and I had some of my coworkers ask if I was taking something because of the size and strength I added. I’m not trying to change your mind about using stuff just trying to emphasize the importance of a good diet. Hope this helps.
 
I agree with this and on top of it the first thing that came to mind when I read your daily diet was how much you weren’t eating for your age. You have insane genetics compared to me but at 31 I added more naturally, in roughly the same amount of time, than you did with chemicals. No offense but basically, the difference was your diet sucked for your goals. I will lay out for you my daily eating I used over my eight week bulk to start the year. Now keep in mind my goals and aspirations are power lifting not body building so I will eat more fat in my diet than most guys on here. So here goes.

Breakfast: 1 or 1/2 cup oats with a matching amount of whole milk, 1 serving wild flower honey, 1 serving sliced almonds, and one scoop of whey protein powder.. I make over night oats so I can basically drink them on my 30 minute drive to work in the morning. I also usuallt had 2 hard boiled eggs.

Workout 2 hours later usually had a banana and my pre workout of choice. My current program is based on compound lifts (squat, bench, deadlift, etc) high weight low reps. Due to the load this puts on my nervous system my accessory work is light to moderate weight with higher reps.

Post WO: Peanut butter and honey sandwich using whole grain bread, 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter, and 1-1/2 tablespoons wild flower honey. I also had 2 hard boiled eggs.

Lunch: 8-10 ounces meat, usually chicken or fish, with either 1 cup rice or 6 ounces of veggie pasta.

I appreciate it. I like your diet as well, and if I would have seen this before I cycled, I betcha I would've put way more size on. Thank you for real though because this will help me with m regular diet. I run track and play football so I never have time off of eating and I can tell when I lack eating because I feel like im going to die of no energy.
