I run super low does:

Test E: 100 mgs every 5 days
Deca: 100 mgs every 5 days

Looking to add 12.5 / 25 mgs Proviron everyday

Do I still need to run the Aromasin or can I just run the Proviron?

I would still run the Aromasin.
Every 3 days @ 6.25 Mg or 1/4 Tab.............................. JP
P.S.
I would add at least 25 mg of Proviron.

I would take Aromison each time you pin, 10-12mgs. And see how it works. I am on TRT and pin every 6 days 150mg test E, and just pop one 10mg Aromison with pin and have zero issues.

although deca aromatizes less than testosterone, when you stack the two you get estrogen and progesterone risks. yes you need to run aromasin

You still need to run a low dosage of an AI like aromasin. Proviron does have some mild anti-estrogen properties but they are not strong enough to warrant not needing an AI with your cycle.

Based on your dosages, I would use aromasin at 5mg EOD. A low dosage of aromasin won't hurt you in any way and will only benefit you.

I would take Aromison each time you pin, 10-12mgs. And see how it works. I am on TRT and pin every 6 days 150mg test E, and just pop one 10mg Aromison with pin and have zero issues.

Aromasin has a short half life so you want to dose aromasin EOD or E3D.

This is what I am doing as well. I do 150mg per week and take 12.5mg aromasin the same day I pin.
