I am taking this weekly:
750mg Test E
400mg Mast
200mg EQ
And these orals daily:
25mg Winstrol
10mg MK677
I plan on running the Test, Mast, and EQ for a total of 20 weeks. I plan on running the Winstrol for probably like 40 days. I plan on taking the MK until I run out which is like 60 days worth.
I have run MK, Test, and EQ before. It’s my first time running Masteron and Winstrol. I get a lot of water retention in my face that I find makes me less attractive from taking testosterone, and the MK just made it worse so that’s why I wanted to add Masteron and Winstrol so I can dry out. And of course equipoise does not create water retention and can help with high E2. The EQ dose is low because I tried running it at 500mg alongside 600mg test and it gave me EXTREME anxiety literally within the first two weeks. I have been running the EQ this time with 200mg for about a month now and feel perfectly fine this time around. I am thinking about potentially raising the dose of EQ to 350mg after I get my estrogen checked next week. I just don’t want to tank it if it’s low right now. I am feeling good but I wanted to know what you guys think of the cycle? Anything you think should be tweaked, dropped, raised, etc? Let me know!
Up to this point i’ve only ever taken testosterone (and the two weeks that I tried out equipoise for but I don’t believe that really counts especially since it takes so long to build up from its long ester). I first ever took testosterone exactly a year ago and I blasted and cruised until now (blast 600mg test and cruise 200mg test), and I only blasted twice. I went from 180 lbs to 210 lbs within the first four weeks of my first ever blast (this is not a lie I truly blew up off of it so fast) and I have basically maintained it since then. I drop below 200 lbs every time I cruise. This is my first time seriously taking any other compounds. I want a dry, aesthetic physique.
Diet:
Currently I do not feel I have the time to track every macro and I am young so I just make sure I hit my protein every day (1g per lb of body weight at least) (I am 207 lbs morning weight at the moment 2/7/25). I eat all over the place. Fairlife milk, tyson chicken strips, ground beef and cheese bowls, chicken and cheese bowls, protein powder, mcdoubles, etc etc. Yes a lot of it is super processed and high fat, I know. I am super low carb because for some reason I just personally don’t crave them. I can eat cheese meat and milk all day long and feel completely satisfied. I have yet to commit to any specific bulk or cut. I just have slowly been packing on muscle for the past two years (i only started training two years ago).
