Does anyone else grind their meat up or am I just weird? I have a nutribullet 900 and I put my grass-fed chuck roast in it which is not very tender and it grinds it up perfectly. I've convinced myself that it is much easier to digest this way but that is backed up by zero science.

There was a time when I had some stomach problems, and people with experience in these issues recommended me to eat grinded meat because it is easier for the stomach to digest the food. Hence, I am not sure if it is backed up by scientific studies, but I do know that many people eat grinded meat for this reason, and it really works.

Evan Centopani shares your beliefs lol.

I've done this with eye of round roast in the food processor. It helps a lot with tough pieces of lean steak that are sooooo dry lol.

A slow cooker is a great investment. Put tough cuts of beef in it for 8 hours with some apple cider vinegar, water and spice and it becomes so tender and delicious

Get a slow cooker set that bitch on low for 8 hours with seasoning and you will have the best meat possible. The meat should peeel of as well so you can easily scoop with measuring cups your desired amount

never done this myself but each to there own. i personally would rather slow cook the meat like the others have said much more delicious, hate really chewy meat to much effort haha :D

i know people that do this. They feel this an easier way to digest food and they can eat more when bulking

A slow cooker is a killer investment
I have had trouble in the past eating lean but that slow cooker has been great tasty tender meats and some more diversity

Yeah I def need to get a new slower cooker mine is older and gets way too hot so it drys meat out tremendously so I just blend it. Makes it soft and very tasty as the dry rub gets evenly distributed. Plus grass-fed beef is not very tender at all if you're into eating like that.

Hahaha chicken is soft though, easy to eat, if you have a tough piece of meat like most grass fed beef I find it super helpful.

Haha I felt like I had to chew the smoothie. Weird experience. I will try it again when I got beef...who knows, it MAY be good
