Does overheating raw powder destroy potency

Been brewing for years but hadn’t done it in a while and brewed up some test prop!

After it dissolved I heated it for a few minutes at 220 degrees on a hot plate!

Did I over do it? Do I need to make a new batch

220 C on a hot plate or 220 F? depends.

If you did 220 C it's trash throw it out.

220F you can likely still use it.

I suggest you dont brew unless you want to end up with heavy metal poisoning like Bostin Lloyd.
