Eating a variety of foods each day can give you many of the vitamins and minerals you need for good health right ? Or do we really need supplements ?
 
Do you need supplements? No.
Do they help? Yes.

There is a big difference between something being required and something being optimal.

Certain ingredients like creatine are almost impossible to get an effective dosage through food alone.
 
Supps are just optional if you take proper diet

if you live in a developed country you just need to worry about eating healthy whole foods and stay away from things in boxes or processed foods

supplements are just that... supplements. most of them are a waste of $$$.. if you go to n2bm you can actually buy supps that do something to help you. my favorites are hcgenerate and n2guard
 
While I think some supps are a great addition to diet and exercise- others are total shit and certainly a waste of money
