Endurance cycle

Hello,

STATS:

Age: 32 y
Height 190 cm
Weight: 95 kg (a lot of muscle was kept from BB)
BF: 10 %


I have completed around five steroid cycles (stuff: test e/p, eq, tren, winny, EQ, masteron,... ), but nothing for the last 5 years.

I have been in endurance sports for the last 5 years. Before that, I trained in fitness for around 7-8 years...


Now, I run daily 15-20 km (trailrunning) + cycling + 3x / week full body workout. A lot of exercise (about 25 hours / week).



My goal is not to gain weight (muscle / water / fat), maybe a little reduced the percentage of fat (for 2%)


GOAL: better recovery after hard workouts, bone / joint health, better "feeling" / motivation, etc...


Doses will be lower compared to BB times....
Because I'm getting old/er and the recovery is getting a little worse, thinking in that direction....


CYCLE:

TEST: 1:16 week (100-150 mg)
DECA: 1:16 week (150 mg)
EQ: 1:16 week (250 mg)
+
GW: 20 mg / day
SR9009: 20-30 mg / day

I would not add HGH or EPO...

PCT:
clomid 50/50/50/25//25
nolva 40/40/40/20/20
OSTARINE 25 mg day (6 weeks)
GW 20 mg day

Maybe add aromasine (during / after cycle).


Your opinions ?

same post you made on isarms and i have the same answer

the cycle is fine but for endurance, i just dont see steroids as being necessary or of benefit whatsoever... this is coming from an endurance athlete... eq is "fine" for endurance but not even in the same league or breath as sarms like gw501516 and s4... the best endurance plan you could go with is gw, sr, rad140 and s4
 
this isn't a bad cycle because you are running low dosages and they will give you a bump in RBC's. the enemy here and what dylan is alluding to is the risk of water retention even on a low dose of test and deca, even a little tiny bit of water retention will wreck your times. so i personally would tell you to stock with EQ only and MAYBE a lower than TRT dose of test.

Dylangemelli, yes I know but for a regeneration/recovery after hard trainings, I think low dose testosterone could help me + maybe DECA for bone / jointh health (depending on my weight and a high load of tendons / joints)

Stevesmi, Super User 4, yes I am also thinking in this directions (TEST: 100-150 mg / week + EQ: 200 - 400 mg ? / week) but i don't know yet, if i would add deca (just for bone / joints health) because I've never tried it before... Hmmm



Mobster, I know. But before I started fitness I had 70 kg at 190 cm. After 8 years of weight training, I had around 100-105 kg with very low BF (around 6 %).

But, even if I don't train with weights (a couple of months), I do not lose a lot of weight / muscle. Then my weight is around 92 kg with low BF (6 %), which is still too much for endurance sports...

The optimal weight would be around 85 kg, but...... :/
 
Im on test and deca now they dont help with endurance, maybe recovery slighly because of the effect on blood but your cardiovascular is stressed being on AAS.

Deca isnt as therapeutic as you read, I thought so and made a post here but having been on it now for 4-5 weeks I dont feel any difference in joint health but its definitly boosting the mass gain.

Also, ostarine is mildyl supressive why would you use it as pct?

I feel like your stack is all over the place for your goals, why not just take Ostarine OR LGD and stack it with Cardarine thats a decent cardio/strength stack that doesnt stress you nearly ads much as the AAS stack you suggested

Btw, yesterday I tested hormones for the first time in my life.


Today i got the results.

I don't know why, but estradiol is low (around 9-10). I thought i would have elevated cortisol ( physical and psychological stress) and estrogen...

Answered this on the other forum. Looks fine to me. I dont really see the deca as necessary though, even though it's just a low dose for joints

But ostarine is suppressive so when you finish your PCT you will still be about 30% lower than baseline for Test, FSH, LH etc... Ostarine will drop your Estrogen also because it doesn't aromatize so just be aware of these things when you finish pct you wont be fully recovered
