As far as natural supplements do Epicatechin and laxogenin actually work? Or are they a waste of money?

they are "ok" at best but if you are expecting something crazy from them then dont because you will be disappointed..

They help a LITTLE bit maybe.
Took them for about 8 weeks and noticed a possible slight change in BF but nothing worth paying the money for them. It was so minuscule that it honestly could have just been placebo.
