Dear Evolutionary Brothers and Sisters,

Over the past few years, evolutionary (evo) has gone through an amazing transition. As of this month, we are the top ranked and most visited steroid website in the world. However, with the success comes responsibility. In that sense, we are the harbingers of our success and possibly our own mistakes.

In the last few months, there have been numerous steroid busts in the US. The biggest steroid bust of the past 5 years happened a few weeks back, called Operation Cyber Juice. It was followed up by multiple busts in Chicago, and just a few days ago in New York.

-February 2016 Update: [Missouri] Power Trip UG lab busted

Underground Labs (UG Labs) in the USA are being busted, and their customer records are being taken. This puts anyone who ordered from them in danger. Serious dangers from incarceration (going to jail) to job losses, and anything in between. Here are the problems with UG labs and domestic suppliers in the states:
  • They put customers at risk: when they go down customer data is turned over to the government. Usually seized computers, phones and paper trails.
  • They rat out customers: they snitch and rat about customers they work with to get a lighter sentence.
  • They are easy to catch: they are operating within the United States, so they are extremely easy to catch for LE.
  • They accept unsafe money transfers: they take money from people via unsafe methods like paypal and bank deposits.
  • They produce poor quality: all domestic UG labs are producing steroids in unsanitary conditions which are dangerous for the user. The last Chicago bust revealed he made his UG gear in a closet.     Federal agents executing a search warrant discovered a steroid lab in a closet in one of his bedrooms that had a lock on it. There they found 600 empty glass vials, 250 filled with steroids, 6000 tablets of steroids, beakers, scale, and everything else you need to brew.

  • They are unreliable: because most domestic sources like UGs don't have websites, they can come and go as they want. They can scam or run, and they are very unreliable.

Due to all the factors we just discussed, evo will be making changes to the way things are ran. We will not allow our evolutionary brothers and sister who we call family to be scammed or put in danger. We will fight to make sure our evolutionary family is protected from threats.

The new source rules are as follows: - Starting October 01, 2015
There is a new section called Approved Sources on evo. This new section will feature sources which have been approved to do business. It is for registered members only. The sources listed in this section are the only sources that will be allowed in Source Talk.

Listing Rules to be featured in Approved Sources section

Cannot:
  • Source cannot sell powders
  • Source cannot sell recreational drugs
  • Source cannot sell to minors, only over 18
  • Source cannot be based in USA/CA
  • Source cannot be a domestic UG lab
  • Source cannot accept Paypal
  • Source cannot post their own reviews

If the source has all of the above cleared, we move on the the approval process. What the sources needs to have to get listed.

Need to have:
  • Approval by a minimum 1 moderator, 1 V.I.P. and 1 administrator
  • A functioning website
  • A functioning communication system with members
  • Daily participation on forums, with maximum 72 hour response time
  • Quality products
  • Minimum 1 rep on the forum
  • Minimum 1000 posts
  • Must post 500 posts/month after approval

Going forward, all sources on evolutionary must pass this process. They will be listed as “Untrusted” and suspended until they pass the proper checks. This new process will start October 01, 2015.

For those of you who might be upset about the new policy changes, I would like to apologize. Unfortunately, things had to be this way. As the world shifts, we had to make changes.

March 2017 Update:
US Domestic source wellnessfitnessnutritionstore.com was raided by DEA and FBI, all customer records seized. All customers are now under heavy investigation by DEA (this is a DEA statement).

this sounds really good !!! I like it. this gives guys the added benefit of knowing the source was atleast vetted and has a rep on here in case something is needed. and there is no politics involved cause sources can't just pay their way in like other sites, they have to earn their way in the old fashion way

so it is a win/win for both parties

I think alot of ppl will still be upset including my self ( but it will pass with time) I am glad you posted this though, now there are at least some solid facts for reasoning be hind this. I wasent aware how hard law enforcemt were cracking down on aas UGL's, but are they really going to go after the clients who bought a few vials of test?

Are these new verified labs going to be required to give out samples for some of he vets to run and get bloods? the reason i ask is cause I was reading some of the reviews from the verified labs and the ppl who posted reviews had 20-50 post which seems off putting to me

to answer your first question the UGL situation is out of control, everyone is starting up their own UG out of their garage these days.. and its getting out of hand. no wonder you hear about 15 year olds using 2 grams of gear a week.. the gear is such shit that they have to use that much to get any results and its so easy to get and cheap that even a 15 year old can afford it. that's bullshit that any source would sell to a kid.

your 2nd question is simple. if a source is vetted and gets through you still should do your own homework on them and due diligence to see if they are your best bet. this new strategy will filter out the guy making gear out of his bathtub at home and keep PK situations from arising. ultimately its your money and you have to decide where to spend it

edit: and as hard as it will be for a source to get approved on here it will be just as easy to get rid of them if we find out they are screwing anyone over.

I hated all of this shit at first but now I'm starting to see the bigger and more important picture. With the amount of busts going on in the states I'd hate for myself or any of my friends here get in trouble for simply doing business with a UGL. It sucks no doubt but conspiracy can get you fucked..

I'm all for helping legit sources get approved though, I know we had some great domestic sources who have proven they were legit but I realize it's just not worth the risk these days
 
Thanks for the update and I will be curious how this plays out. I guess it is safer not domestic but there can be arguments that international is just as if not more dangerous given customs... Who knows, you always take a risk with this glad to see Evo trying to make things safer

Doesn't seem logical to me at all since international is much more sketchy, but seems like evo has got what it wanted. .

no one is telling you that you cannot order domestic at all.. just that we won't have any approved sources on here that are domestic.

this is the decision admin has made.

I usually do not like change but these changes are for the good.
I have been noticing that more and more,less experienced, YOUNGER, and less informed guys have been starting their own labs with like 4 weeks of experience reading forums.
I am not saying all of the perpetrators are young but a good majority.
The rest I believe may be just careless.
WE AS COMMUNITY MUST REMEMBER WHAT WE ARE INVOLVED IN AND WHAT IS AT STAKE.

If any members are upset about some sources not being on EVO an longer, I am sure those members can find a way to contact sources by other means.
But then you really do not have the security you might have with the evo family behind you.
EVO wil continue to evolve as it has in the past.
All members may not be happy but hopefully all will be safer.

exactly. and they were using evo to sell their bathtub gear, we don't want that on here pure and simple.

that trading thread we had was supposed to be for guys to trade a vial or two with each other, but it turned into ebay for every 20 year old out there to sell their bathtub gear. people always got to fuck shit up.

When ppl are allowed to conduct themselves in whatever manner they are accustom good or bad for a period of time and then it is taken away they feel they had their personal freedoms stripped. When shitty ppl take advantage straight shooters suffer as a result of the fallout and this is no exception. Personally there are some domestic sources I would like to try but just because they arent approved sources here doesnt mean I still cannot source through them. Because of resent LE interest I would prefer my personal info not being held in any domestic UGL. International is a safer bet for me however tempting domestic reviews are. Not pushing ANY agenda just my 2 cents.
 
Will the source review board then get rid of the UGL's so we know who we can order from starting tomorrow.

In the end you, me, us the consumer THE EVO FAMILY must make an informed decision.
Read ask questions look around learn read ask more questions.
Ultimately it your decision to by international domestic newest $20 underdosed test on the market or that trusted modern lab from over seas.
Things spin out of control from time to time and it is beneficial to have someone with good intentions awake at the wheel to help steer out of harms way.

The Approved Sources seems to be such a positive step. I look forward to seeing the list. More proof that Evo is a great community and operating with the members best interest in mind. Keep up the good work.

Sounds good. Really need to be safe with these busts going on. Granted the risk of international with customs is just as bad if your pack is seized and you get black listed.

Geez people ask all these questions but if they would have even bothered reading the first page at least, there questions have already been stated.... all the rules and regulations are clearly stated in the beginning of this thread it's definitely a must read imo.

yes if you are registered (which you obviously are) you will be able to click on the sub forum for approved sources

according to admin there will be 3 guys up soon and more coming from there.

if you go up top and click the forum tab you will see the sub forum up

I think a lot of you don't quite understand what we are trying to do here.

evo is not accepting money from these sources. they DO NOT sponsor the site at all.. other sites don't even vet, they just bring in any source who pays money. that's not what we are trying to do

we are trying to filter out a lot of bad sources, and yes in the process a few good ones will be left out.. but that is what it is.

I think alot of ppl including my self thought this was the case glad you cleared this up. The fact is no one should be bitching cause if you found a domestic source that you liked you still have every right to use them. The only difference now is that the sites listed on Evo will have more of a quality control aspect which is to every ones benefit. But if you are one of the ppl who are still going to be but hurt, by all means go to another forum and enjoy your "top notch" gear from Hammer
 
I think the confusion is are we still allowed to talk about other sources I.e. Robo etc. even if this site no longer recommends them. If you can shed some clarity on that, that would be appreciated.

I know there's a couple of guys that have orders pending with UGL'S, wouldnt it be helpful if they were to give their comments on the stuff they ordered and how it went cuz I know many are a little scared to order right now from any ugl, but wouldn't that be helpful for us right here on Evo since all labs are gone.

I agree with you here. There shouldn't be restrictions on what sources we can talk about. I've always loved EVO and still do, but because of the chaos going on here I signed up on another board. Prior to the last few months of sources getting booted out and threads getting removed or locked, I never had any desire to check out any other boards. Now I find myself looking elsewhere for source info. I hope things get better soon. Gearhead has told me to be patient and things will get better, I sure hope he's right. Personally I like the old EVO.
 
Love this idea, starting to see some approved sources going up in there now, hopefully it helps us all out in the long run

I know this is late to reply to a month + thread but I wanted to make a short comment.

Personally, I have been burned by sources that had all the right credentials, and I imagine he sold some real gear before he got popped for selling fake test and alpha pharma products. But yes, I've had several thousand dollars spent of phony gear. As far as tightening up security for new sources, I'm all for it if it will help prevent more people from getting burned by shady sources.

I do have one concern though, and that is when these prospective new sources hand out samples for Evo V.I.P's or moderators, etc. those sources can whip up a batch of a properly dosed gear. When you guys use it, you may believe this prospect makes good gear lets accept him as a new approved source, once approved he can start making sub-par gear for the common folk. I know that subject has been discussed before, I'm sure, but I can't help but see that as a real problem. But I don't know what the answer is. Maybe we just have to live with the fact that approved or not they can still put out crap for gear knowing they've past the test with Evo powers that be. That's not just an Evo concern but network wide.

But don't get me wrong, I'm all for making the process as secure from scammers as possible.

There is a Simple Answer to your Concern (anviliron).

If everyone just runs Bloodwork.
I always recommend 3 Blood Draws with every Cycle.
Pre-Cycle ~ for a Baseline - Could be the female hormone
Mid-Cycle ~ Total Test - LC/MS-MS
Post-Cycle ~ 4 to 6 weeks after PCT finished - to make sure you've either returned to or are close to Baseline.

With the Mid-Cycle Blood draw, you can make an Accurate Assessment of the Quality of any Gear.......................... JP

Always doing Bloodwork will do 2 Things.
Keep you in Good Health.
Make sure your Gear is Good.

I liked the idea of buying domestic but I guess it's not safe, I'm not a computer guy, but can they(LE) get emails that have been deleted? I doubt sources rat out their customers that order a couple items, maybe they'll rat guys who they suspect are flipping product, who knows.
 
As with any Rule, you have to keep improving the mouse trap. UGL's that are desperate will counterfeit stuff, label printers are pretty capable now. Set up a website with an offshore IP, etc. Gotta admit, Evo is smart on this move for the product safety/purity alone. Thank you.

bro hell yea they can read deleted emails...and hell yea domestics get all their customer databases taken....powders for obvious reasons, dangerous, fakes and scams....powder suppliers are worst scammers out there...you'll get some pros or glutamines or some china poison instead of powders...

Aside from the anabolic steroids and materials seized, federal agents also seized cocaine and weapons as well. In addition, all computers, smart phones and customers records were seized by the DEA for further investigation. Meanwhile, Mr. Mase will be sentenced in December by a judge.

I just read this post. I fell off for a few weeks and did not know the manifestation of the bust was going to turn to this. Its for the best though. Sources will be more secured now.
 
So in other words.. if you need to make an order from the U.S., you should place one about 2 months ahead of time.. because between shipping time and customs, you ain't getting that chit in 2 weeks, much less a week lol

Sure they're secured.. But now the orders we place coming to the U.S. are no longer secure. And not many sources are willing to reship an order especially when you're dropping $500+

And if it's coming from the U.K., prepare to pay @ their exchange rate. So gear will just be more costly.

If a source is not approved because they violate one of the requirements (which is a legit reason to not approve them), but later on they remove the offending item, can they reapply or is the NO forever?

For example, say fictional company ROIDSMAKEYOUBIG accepted PayPal, applied, and you told them "No, did you even bother to read the items we do not allow? No PayPal!". If they drop PayPal acceptance, can they reapply and be accepted (again, assuming this is the only item upon which they were denied)?


My apologies is this was already covered, I did read the thread the entire way through, but it is 4am and my Tren-somnia has my brain a bit fuzzy.

Yeah man, thats some serious shit your spewing when you say they're not allowing new sources. It just takes time. We've been working on it for almost 2 months now and finally have finished the process. The website is functional its just down due to shopping cart not working properly. But its on the way. We personally appreciate the process as it shows who's willing to go the extra mile and ensure quality products to the brothers here.

And then the fact that your a rep and doing this is brutal man. Personally i would boot you already for this. But its almost better you stay on as you're just tarnishing your name even worse with the more crap you post.
 
Damn, I step away from the digital life and a legit apocalypse happens with feds busting domestic UGLs and people here upset with how rules are changed. I'm like this, I'm a guest here, and as a guest, I follow the rules established by the board owners, mods, etc. I rather feel a little safer knowing there are people who a) care about my health and b) care if I land in jail, then just opening the gates and letting just any source plop down a cart and start selling their wares.

Is EVO perfect? That depends on the individual. Personally, this board has saved me from making some costly mistakes with sources. Hell, even some sources that were "trusted" and "good to go" are now flagged as enter at your own risk. Someone on this board is doing something right. For sources feeling that the new sources rules are abrasive, the simple answer would be to go elsewhere. Sounds a bit harsh, but in the end, it's necessary.

I know right.. imagine actually having to work your way through the process instead of just paying your way in like other bullshit steroid sites. those sites you just pay $500 and boom you are in, no vetting, no nothing.... members get screwed and oh well.

it is a product of poor parenting that we've created such a shitty and worthless generation in this country IMO. parents spoil their kids rotten, xmas is about toys and parties, and that is the way the kids behave as adults.. its all about me, me, me. not the kids fault at all.. its the shitty parenting 100%. I had a 12 year old curse me out the other day and I ripped him a new one and he shut up quick. that was the first time an adult ever stood up to him cause his parents are weak, they give him everything in life handed to him.. his mommy cleans his room and does his laundry. their attitude is adults are their slaves and they can just coast through life without having to work for anything. it gets annoying having to raise other peoples kids, including on these forums sometimes. lol

100% agreed man. most people these days think that they are able to do whatever they want because others don't say anything. And in a sense it isn't their fault but at the same time it is. Vetting is something that needs to be done with everything. Look at all the poor choices companies made over the years. Juice plus had OJ as a rep... a week later he murders his wife "supposedly anyways". Then you got jared from Subway.. he's a sick f*** that i hope dies in jail.

Same goes for here. ppl don't get properly vetted it leads to either someone getting ripped off or someone getting sick or an abcess from bunk gear. Cant have that happen

bro thats right...and if we dont vet and someone gets scammed or hurt...evo is blamed not the source....when ppl got scammed by Pk2 they were pissed as hell...he was part of the big reason why rules changed...on top of it all the busts and all the f*cked up gear UGs were selling and it was horrible....i mean how can we look the other way when guys like treyg, xeno, bwl, robo were selling steroids with hair in it or gear that was horribly painful...guys were complaining of motor oil-like gear from robo while his reps and him were shutting people up, even when a few guys had to goto the hospital with abscesses...no one cares about that.....well i do...we care about evo brothers and will do anything to protect our family....
