It’s not perfect. But it’s also pretty impressive with what it can generate. You still have to be educated enough to make good choices.

Pre show research suggested otherwise.

I've seen great examples of it working when I wanna ID an insect. Google Image search and AI generated comments have been good.

Equally, I can tell when ChatGPT has been taken at face value and used in a log without proofing.

The worst examples have been citing years old info, just because that's been its source material, for PED stacks etc. Think about how much BroScience and opinion there is to draw on vs factual data.

And I'd argue the 'educated' part. It was used (and is) many students to write essays etc and so that means the student didn't. How do you then show that the student understands the subject they're supposed to be studying. Heck, even the tutors used AI to 'read' the essay and show it was written by the student.

If a person IS educated they wont need it. At best it MUST be double checked.

One final issue is it requires the person asking to give as much info as possible. I can ask YOU what your age is if it's missing in a question regarding PEDs. So we saw that 500mg test 'as a base' was one reply (in and of itself BS). I'd say 'are you old enough/ lean enough/have put time in the gym in?' etc

NB: there's an irony here cos the image was AI created lol

Strangely enough, I’m an IT educator. The only way to test if our students are retaining actual knowledge is through practical hands on assessments. However, AI is becoming increasingly utilized by professionals in all career fields. But it’s still only as good as the programming it receives to generate its results. That and what’s available for it to pull from across the Internet. And that’s the problem currently. There’s a lot of false information out there. So yes, you can’t trust it implicitly for certain.

i think it has some benefits in some areas but in this setting it is woefully innacurate. if you take a look at everyones logs on here literally everybody trains, diets, uses steroids differently, has different goals. AI does not understand all that. it will just take copy/paste info from some article online to setup any of that. my log especially is a perfect example because AI would say most of what i am saying and doing is wrong as it doesn't fit the mainstream fitness community of you need to eat 6 meals a day and drink protein shakes for example. i never eat more then 2 meals a day and i haven't had a protein shake in 15 years
in our industry especially the propaganda is so infested by fake gurus online and supplement companies that ask any 18 year old who workouts out if you need a protein shake and 99% will say yes or else your muscles will shrink. yet most guys on here doing logs do not drink protein shakes. probably 5-10% max do. so i view AI as just a consolidation of the biggest bro science illogical crap out there. think of AI like Dave palumbo and his crew, just a parrot of bad info that sounds right

@BigD9795 incorrect at all. It generates nonsense.

Taking steroids by listening to chatGPT is VERY dangerous, it's never injected testosterone or trenbolone it can't help you.

The Ai coaching has gotten out of HAND! people think it's legit but it's dangerous.

bro dayum. IT educator sound hardcore. what that mean?

Theres so much bad advice out there i see everywhere. AI isn't perfect by any means but it's better than a lot of stuff thrown out there by people

Nowhere did I suggest that AI is the way to run gear or train. It’s a tool that can be used to try to gather information. It’s like anything else. You have to use your brain and experience to make decisions.

Yet Id rather try to learn from the AI than 90% of the social media influencers on YouTube.
No one said social media or influencers here, we are saying us actual steroid users. @BigD9795

A hell of a lot of wreckless steroids users out there that don’t know shit about PED’s, Training, or nutrition. A lot are. But I do t trust the vast majority of those who say they are experts at steroids either.
you have to dial in who you listen to
for an experienced person they tend to gravitate to the one with the biggest followers or biggest views
that is rarely smart

I agree with you a lot of nonsense, but the EVO family is big, we have a ton of experience here, we actually injected the steroids we talk about and peptides and even sarms, much better than ai coaches. @BigD9795

bros a lot of times AI get they info from social media though
i see AI link to youtube vids
and they link to dudes with big followers not based on science
