Been on my 2nd cycle of test e/dbol now for 2weeks. 600mg/30mg iv gained 7.5lbs so far. Also to note im running adex at 0.5mg eod. Calories are at around 4000 a day. Strength is somewhat up but not massively. Is this me over expecting with dbol? Its my first time using it. I have to admit i thought i would have felt it more.

people ALWAYS expect too much from steroids

i've never seen a thread where someone said "man I am gaining way too much strength and muscle, please help me" and if they did say anything close to that they were mistaking gains for water retention

7.4 out of 7.5 pounds you have gained here are water or fat. .1 pounds is actual keepable muscle tissue. remember our muscles are mostly made of water so i don't count that as gains

Abracadabra

Guys, he said he was expecting to FEEL more, not gain more. I think the weight gain mentioned was to confirm its real product.

Cleanse your colon. Not joking

Dude, that is awesome advice! Trying to eat so much protein while cutting has screwed me up big time. It got so bad that I had to seek medical help. Now if my diet lacks fiber I add psyllium husk or benefiber to my protein shakes or even regular drinks.

who told you that you have to eat tons of meat/protein to gain muscle? they are lying to you.

an efficient body builds the most muscle over time and right now you do not have that if you have gut health problems. a combination of fasting and a plant based organic diet is what you need right now. a lot of times throwing fiber at your system makes the issue worse

Yeah husk acts like a broom which is why it's great.
A ton of people will argue, but the human body is not designed to process meat. Milk is horrible. If you know someone in the medical field, have them drink a milkshake, and then look at their blood under a microscope. Eggs feed the herpes virus. You can see that in a petri dish. If you want, prime examples are Annette Larkin's, and forgot dudes name but Google 95 year old vegan heart surgeon. Parasites also live in the digestive tract of non vegetarians.

When I have start to have digestive problems, I do a colon cleanse and switch to a vegan diet. Especially for the pollen season

Ummm, like everything I've read says I need a lot of protein. It seems to be the consensus that cutting you need 1gram / pound. On a bulking cycle I've read 1.5 to 2 are the magic numbers. I've read that here on this forum as well as others.

But you are right, if the digestive system is out of balance or is backed up, it's a moot point. If I eat a burger from McDonalds, it gives me the painful gut cramps and the shits. So I'm obviously not absorbing nutrients. I'm good now. I'm more thoughtful about what I eat. I use probiotics, eat prunes, add fiber to my shakes, try to use beans and rice as a source of fiber/protein/carbs.

Everybody responds to shit different. Most of the time people get less than they wanted out of a cycle.
