Trainer session today at 0700. I will log the workout after.
I need to target protein and keep calories down. Having a hard time getting my mind to accept being in a deficit again. Can’t afford any GLPs right now, so I am going old school with this.
These GLPs are great, but they sure as hell spoil us!!
 
I felt great, but I won’t lie….it sucked. After the gym, I was so damn hungry.
When I ate that steak, I woofed it down so fast, i didn’t even taste it

I am very bloated and fluffy. I did switch out my 200 mg a week Cyp for 200 a week sus.

@LevButlerov On the bloods I had done a couple of weeks ago, it was at 27 and I still feel good like that, “everything” is working as it should. I let go of a lot of water today.
I also lessened the salt I am using and Increased my water intake. I switched electrolytes to one without as much sodium as well

@HarleyGuy I love you bro! I just seem to do better with some carbs in the diet, everything flows a bit better. When I was in my late 30s, I lived in the “Atkins Diet Induction Period” or carnivore and it was great!! But it was way different this time, with how my body reacted.
I still have a good month and a half before I start that cycle similar to yours.
I was using way to much salt bro, My BP is great 126/79 but I was starting to hold water and blew up! It looks great, but fuck, 12 lbs really fast. FLUUUUUFFFFYYY!!!
I have been able to pee out almost 5 lbs in 4 days….the more I drink the less I hold. I just heard that on the podcast and so I put it to work.
I an getting that shoulder procedure done on the 2nd, hopefully this dealio will work and after a short minute I will be able to push more and start lifting to my strength, right now getting through any upper body workout is excruciating… I still do it!!
I like your approach to the tren, less is more, and safer and will be a much happier experience for everyone around 😂😂😂😂😂

I took a drive down to Folsom California to visit a lovely lady and had a gym on the other side of the parking lot from where I was staying…I was stoked, good travel pump!
I didn’t log calories or macros, but I ate clean as hell, enough to annoy her a bit 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 whoooop!! But I was very aware of how much and what I was eating. I feel light. Stayed hydrated on the drive.

The 21s were brutal at the end. I think they pumped and burned way better than the preacher drop set.
I got my little pile of cholula, I am a happy man!!
