First cycle. I'm going to start taking 300 MG of Test E / wk (150mg E3D), UGL. I understand UGL is most likely going to be under-dosed so I may raise it depending on what my results are after I get bloods done half way through the cycle. My test levels right now are 521 (13.2 free T). Results may be a little higher now since I last checked (about a month ago), but not by much. I'm 22 y/o, 5 foot 7. Anyway, I have always done a bulk / cut regimen for the last few years of working out, but I feel like my main goal on test would be a lean bulk (or perhaps even a recomp). I'm about 14-15% BF and honestly would not want to go over 15%. How should I approach how many calories I should eat over my TDEE if I just want to gain minimal fat and efficient muscle gain for the dose that I will be taking? If I eat maintenance, will I be wasting test, or would I experience a great recomp? I'm not in a rush to get jacked or huge. I would rather take my time (obviously taking test would be a shortcut to my goals, but besides that). I will be taking enanthate and another concern of mine is bloat. I plan on taking an AI (probably Aromasin) EOD on cycle for 12.5mg. Will this greatly help reduce water weight and bloat? And last but not least, for my goal, would I be better off to taking propionate rather than enanthate? Also, do you think that 300 MG of Test E is too little of an amount? Should I bump it up to 400-500 every week? I am planning for a 12 week cycle.
Oh and for PCT I will be doing Nolva 40/40/20/20 starting on week 14.
