Hello people. A friend of mine decided to do his first cycle. He's a hardgainer, 2 1/2 years of training, weights 165 pounds at 5'11, 21 years old and about 10-11% bodyfat.
He wants to go up to 180 lean mass (around 8% fat).
I told him to run Test enanthate for 10 weeks at 350 mg (because the sides would be easier to control) and he insists on adding proviron (preferably, or any other anti-aromataze drug) to minimize bloating.
What are your suggestions?
