First ever cycle equipoise strict

Hi am looking to start my first cycle ever on equipoise strictly. planning on 600 mg a week. I know there is a massive need to correctly pct however i know very little in respect to EQ pct. any help at all would be appreciated. Also im 19yo 180lbs and primarily am looking to compete in triathlon events in a year from now. looking to kickstart my training process early.

at your age your max heart rate is so high that you can have amazing results from just training your ass off
