Just turned 34 yesterday and think it's time...
Stats:
Age: 34
Height:6' 1"
Weight: 192lbs
BF%: Not sure, would says 15%
Been lifting on and off for 7 years (Solid for 2, minus some time off per doctor request)
Prior experience: Have run multiple oral cycles and seen good gians but ready to pin
Goal: Maximize size and strength gains. Idealy I want to walk around at 230ish (long road ahwead of me).
Diet: Dirty right now but keeping a balance of 40% protein, 30% carb, 30% fats at about 4000cals. Will clean up and increase intake
Been thinking of 2 options, either running a solo Test cycle or do a Tren/Test Stack. I know I may get flamed for first time timer thinking of using Tren but, I couldn't pass it up. Soooo.....seeking input as I plan to start in maybe a month or so given my research time and getting it ironed out to my liking.
Should I run Test only or OK to stack with Tren Ace?
Suggestions on PCT as that's where my knowledge lacks and I know how important it is.
