Touch down of a different kind. I love my caffeine. I take half scoop of the mother bucker before workout with 10 grams of creatine, hmb, extra beta allanine, electrolytes and psyllium husk. I take a scoop of GFuel between 12-1 pm with electrolytes and psyllium husk. That gets me through the day and allows me to go to sleep at 9pm. I use to take the full scoop of the mother bucker but I cut back.

I have noticed through this journey I move into a 5 lb block and I will sit there for a little while then drop down to the next one. Like right now I been bouncing around 230-235. Before I was bumping around 235-240. When I was taking Anavar I was bouncing around 240-245. I feel like the body just kind loses some fat and Gaines some muscle and the body adjusts. Over time I am losing more fat then gaining muscle but it's been a slow process but I stay in a calorie surplus. I have never gone in a cut since I learned that I needed to eat 1 gram a protein per ideal pound of weight.
@kcates That's like anything in life you adapt as things move. Though, I have to say in your case getting leaner is much healthier, you're talking about long term here.

Yeah I know. It will happen but I have this goal and I must reach it first before I change directions. I need to eat in a bit of a surplus to gain strength right now. I made this goal for myself and now I must reach it.

From Bucked Up website. They do a 40-50% off sale twice a year usually so I stock up then. The Gfuel I wait until there doing a bogo and I order it then. Just like the half off on Naps gear sale I ordered. I am a sucker for a good sale.

whats is the point of getting stronger if you'll be full of injuries?
It's a short term gain for long term LIFETIME of heavy pain and making your end life horrible.
I work with a lot of pro clients and I can tell you, you're on the wrong path if you want to just "get strong" at your age. @kcates

Right now it's a goal I have had set for myself. I have been working towards this goal for over a year now. I must see it through or I will be thinking the rest of my life what if and why did u give up on your goal that I worked towards for that long to just quit. I can't do that I am locked in. To quit now to me would be failure. Even if I don't hit my goal but I do my very best to try and achieve it to me that would not be failure.

My goal is to lift for 5 reps on each lift, squat, bench press, and deadlift 1000lbs combined total. My lowest lifts need to be 385-395 deadlift, 365-375 squat and 230-250 bench press. I think I am right there. I am doing reps for 3 in those weights for sure. Last time I did reps for 5 my total was 970. That was months ago. I am right there and feel I am right on track to reach it.

Yes the plan is to cut down to around 200 lbs and I plan to increase my Mounjaro (tirzepatide) to 10 during this time. I first plan to do primarily iso lateral work for awhile to even out any imbalances I have. After that I may do a split style training workouts or power building. Still primarily focusing on compound movements. The new goal will be to get down to 200 lbs. I do want to get my bench up to 315 as well. I will still progressive overload that either by reps or 5 lbs a week. Other then that I dont plan on any more blast after the one I am doing now for the rest of this year. Look to do something next year some time. Maybe a couple of short ones. I will think about that more next year.

i like your protein level its staying high perfect
but a few things i noticed you dont mention psyllium husk intake?
probiotic intake or digestive enzymes?
with the amount of meat you do its a must
did see that supps TD but didnt see any digestive aids there

I got my labs in. My estradiol went down from 96 to 19 on .5 mg ever other day. I actually never really felt bad before. I just had noticed in my sleep was not the best i would wake up at 3 am and be up for an hour tossing and turning. Then fall back to sleep. Now I am sleeping all night long and got wild dreams going all night long.

I got my labs in. My estradiol went down from 96 to 19 on .5 mg ever other day. I actually never really felt bad before. I just had noticed in my sleep was not the best i would wake up at 3 am and be up for an hour tossing and turning. Then fall back to sleep. Now I am sleeping all night long and got wild dreams going all night long.
