First sarm cycle

40 year old, 5'6 155lbs at about 20%bf. Crossfit style workouts 4 to 5 days a week for about 5 years now.

Looking to try my first sarms cycle. Thinking of 8 weeks
25mg ostarine per day
10mg cardarine per day

I've had issues with creatine and other supps for high blood pressure during to water retention. So thought this could be a good test run to reduce bf and feel things out.

I'm reading I need a mini pct and test boost right after the last day of 8 weeks. Looks like 25mg clomid per day for 4 weeks. Any advice for a test booster and how much for how long?
Any advice on the clomid if I'm reading false info?

Any advice on the stack, dose or length?

And lastly where to get legit clomid and test boost?

Are you sure you are 20%bf? I find that really hard to believe. If you are truly going 4/5 days a week of crossfit style for 5 years, you are doing something very wrong with your diet or you're not going.
 
Hard to believe your bf could be that high but if it is the diet is the first thing you should put before everything else.
What's your current diet like?
 
So I typically run sarms for 12 weeks. 8 is ok though if you want to try a shorter run.

Osta is great for recovery and cardarine is great for endurance.

I would stack LGD or S4 with those 2 above. Either 10mg of LGD a day or 50mg of S4.

Yes mini pct is needed 25mg a day for 4 weeks of clomid then natural test booster. Purity Source Labs (sponsor banner at top of page) has clomid. I usually run N2Generate by needtobuildmuscle but there are others out there too.
 
Posting pics and a bodpod scan I had done a month ago. Admittedly coming off a wrist surgery for removing a cyst. I'm healed but point is q4 2018 was not doing much but raising a 4 yr old with colds. My winter months are not kind in volume of training due to catching what she brings home. So jan has been back to routine in terms of training days. But totally went off the rails starting last Oct. I know and started in jan low carb high protein and can dump inches quickly. I also feel like my muscle drops, recovery drops, strength drops, etc. Leaving me lean for spring, but weaker than what I started.

This has been a crap cycle for the last 2 years. So while I say I'm crossfitting that much, the point was more to illustrate what form of training I perform.

So my goal here is to maintain or have slight strength gains but drop the bf and inches. Noting I'm super sensitive to hbp issues due to heredity pass alongs.

Diet has been horrible, I'm very aware. Just started low carb high protein at the start of January to start dropping inches again.
