I’m currently cutting, aiming to drop fat while keeping strength and muscle as high as possible in preparation for a test-only cycle.

- Height: 6’3”
- Weight: ~90 kg
- BF: ~20-25% (visually estimated)
- Location: Australia
- Goal: Drop fat semi aggressively, preserve lean mass, tighten up for the next 11 or 12 weeks
Cycle (12 Weeks Total):
- Week 1–2: Test E 300 mg/week
- Week 3–12: Test E 500 mg/week
- AI: Arimidex 0.5 mg E3D if needed — monitoring sides
- PCT planned with Nolva 40/40/20/20
- Support: Liver, heart, and cholesterol supps in place
- Bloodwork pre, mid, and post-cycle
Training Split:
Upper/Lower 4x a week
- Mon: Upper
- Tues: Lower
- Wed: Rest
- Thurs: Upper
- Fri: Lower
Diet/Macros:
- Deficit for fat loss
- ~1900–2200 kcal/day
- High protein, moderate carbs, low-moderate fats
- Eating clean
Goals:
- Lose 8–10+ kg of fat in 11-12 weeks
- Maintain muscle and strength
- Improve conditioning and overall look
- Prep body for next phase
