yeah man i don't want to piss anyone off too hard on this thread but i literally live in shorts and sandals year round everyday. and i don't even own a jacket
the only time i wear pants is if i go fishing in the winter early mornings and have to get into the water to cast. i get those fishing pants with suspenders to wade into the 74 degree water so the 65 degree early morning air temperature doesn't make she shiver lol

when i flew up to the northeast to visit a friend a few years back we were leaving the hotel room early in the morning. i think it was like 18 degrees at 5am. and all i was wearing was jeans and a hockey jersey. i got into the car and my hands were frozen. i was like wow, that is crazy shit
Hahahaha I’ve spent a handful of summers down south. It’s great. And I’ve seen people fly into O’Hare from places like LA and Mexico with just like a little bitty jacket and they have no idea. The cold up here can definitely kill you, no problem -10 Fahrenheit? If you’re in that for a few hours, you’re fucking dead and it’s really unpleasant. A few years ago it hit -60 Fahrenheit in my hometown and I stayed home. I brought a huge amount of firewood into my house and covered all the windows and all the doors in plastic. I have a furnace too mini split heat pumps and a wood-burning stove, and I was still having problems. And then the huge amount of snow on the roof was like melting and making ice dams and then it was starting to melt down into the wall of my kitchen, and I had to go up on my roof and bust up all the ice dams. Winter is stupid.

the funniest thing was when i went to the DR and i'm at the airport waiting for the bags. the airport is open air so its muggy, humid and 85 degrees and i see a bunch of people show up in these huge coats covering them up with those fluffy hoodies. so i look up to the screen to see where they were from and it said moscow lol.

Dang that is crazy specially when I live in Florida that doesn't even seem real. Winter for me is the grass frost and the dog bowl outside makes ice in top or we get snow flurries. Lol

Really? You don't like the snow?

I think winter only sux when it's windy. Non windy days are pretty nice. You never feel tired at work when you walk out into the cold
I got used to the cold during selection. They'd use sleep deprivation and the cold as well as constant PT to keep us miserable and wanting to quit. Almost 75% of the guys that quit they quit because of the cold. I harnessed that shit and turned it into aggression. Now, I rarely wear a coat outside in the winter it has to -20 celcius for me to need one, I shit you not. Being 210lbs at 5'9" helps too. Agreed though the wind makes it more challenging but no wind and it's pure oxygen and clean air. My 125lb sister gets cold if you sneeze and the air blows on her it's silly. LOL

-20° c sucks when it’s all damn day. When I did get to climb at a fast pace all day, we would strip down at that temperature and actually be sweating. You couldn’t stop or you’d be done. Fun! But still, I’m so over hydraulics freezing, diesel gelling, everything plastic breaks like zip ties. Branches whip you in your ice cold face. Hands cracking. Gloves are always wet. Icicles in your beard, traffic cones shatter when you throw them off the truck. Dog shit freezes and there’s no bugs!

Florida is open !

Haha I hear ya. Below -20 celcius is when you walk outside and breathe in and your runny nose freezes instantly. Or you take a piss in the snow and spell your name with it and the steam creates a smoke cloud LOL

Sounds a lot colder where you live then over here. Toronto doesn't get too bad. We get some -20 to 30 days here and there but typically it stays in the minus single digits. Toronto is the 3rd warmest city in Canada. Being so close to lake Ontario keeps our city protected from the cold.

You should pack up the trucks and work south for the winter. There's a demand for guys like you everywhere right now.

It gets cold here, very very cold, but it isn’t for as long and it doesn’t usually stay below zero f. It’s pretty much 10°-30° f from December to February with occasionally very dangerous cold snaps. Wisconsin is colder. Minnesota colder still.

It’s like, really difficult to find the right contacts to get the work you want for what I do. It’s so damn specialized. I could easily find a job anywhere, as the third sub and get paid really low rates and eventually get stiffed. My position where I am currently is a prime contract, which I absolutely shouldn’t have been able to get, but I did. It’s pretty tough to navigate as I’m not a business professional, I am totally winging it, and learning everything the hard way with some really expensive lessons, but if I go back to subbing and leave this market hanging I’ll very likely never claw my way back.

is it true if you pee when its that cold your piss will turn into a long popsickle and freeze to your dick? saw that in a movie and wasn't sure. what about licking a light pole and having your tongue freeze. wasn't that in dumb and dumber?

If I find good work in FL or TX I’m omw. I had a line on McAllen, TX but idk now. I just landed a $100k+ job only a couple hours from home. Can’t walk away from that so I guess I’ll freeze
wow 100K is good money. when i worked as an engineer for the theme parks i made max 80-85K a year with bonus. i also got free tickets too 2x a year

What's hard to keep in? A broken tooth or implant?

I've had the broken tooth now for over a month. Still going strong. It's right in the front so I just avoid biting and pulling with it.
The implant I understand they fall out, that was my concern @BeMe

Dang. Guess it's working in the cold for u then. Do you have the Milwaukee heated gear? One piece thermal worksuits help a ton too. Ski mask for the windy days.

The piss no, but the cold metal yes that's true and it was dumb and Dumber lol

I asked my Dentist about that and he said if it's installed correctly there's no way it should fall out. My brother has 3 from a jet skiing accident. 1 kept falling out and the other 2 were fine. Guess the dentist messed up the 1 @LevButlerov

I sure do hahaha. I’ll even wear ski googles. I can’t believe no one else does that. It’s awesome. I’ve thought about just wearing a snowmobile helmet🤣. I’ll wear big ass leather mittens. I know how to stay warm. I just hate it. Like, it’s so bullshit if you have to go inside anywhere hahaha. I ran fiber on a wind farm in the dead of winter. It was too cold for the union Guys to picket us. -40°f ON A WIND FARM hahaha they picked a good spot. We dug huge holes with a back hoe And set up the machines in there.

Log Day 195

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH pre-bed

Man I'm having a hard time keeping up with this log these days. Way too many other things going on here in EVO world lol.

Good recovery last night, much needed. But feeling pretty run down after my training today. Almost like my mood flipped to grouchy lol. I'm wondering if maybe the amount of compound movements I've programmed is wearing on me aleady, but we'll see at the end of next week.

Yesterday's training was fun. Each day I have atleast 2 new movements in the mix and it's making things fresh and new. Still figuring out my new weights and working on technique.

Appetite and still sky high so I'm just going with it. Lots of good healthy whole foods though so calories arent getting outta line.

Busy life on the platform now brother haha, dont realise how many active loggers there are now until you really start moving through lol.

Workout looks great brother, i always favoured the trap bar for deads when i was doing them, just allowed me to concentrate on executing the lift properly and not dragging the barbell along my shins 💀🤣

Lol I'm the opposite. I love competition style deadlifting more than trap bar. I switch to trap bar when I'm going for more glutes and higher volume.

My shins are bashed to shit so I don't even notice lol. I live my life on ladders and your shins are always an important point of contact for balances so my shins are dead to the world. Kickboxing and sports did a number on them when I was younger too. If I run my finger up and down them it feels like a grass tee box in a golf driving range lol

Agree the piss is a myth. The cold metal post yes for sure. And I'd submit the first movie to show this was "A Christmas Story"... the kid who wanted the Red Rider BB Gun and everyone would tell him he'd shoot his eye out.

Well it’s deceptive, I’ll try to get it done in ten weeks or less. Maybe way less. But there’s a lot of overhead. Won’t be rich off this one. I need these projects to be back to back to back to get what I want out of this

i don't see why it wouldn't be true. if it is THAT cold. the liquid would freeze pretty instantly

I've heard way up north in the Yukon it you spit it will freeze before it hits the ground. Never been there so I can't confirm that.

Piss is really warm. When it's cold and you piss outside there's a ton of steam lol. It's fun to write your name in the snow too

I’ve definitely pissed outside and it froze instantly on the ground. -40°f. Watched a guy try to wash the salt off his windshield with a bottle of water from the gas station. Instantly turned to ice. Was only like -15°

Log Day 196

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH pre-bed

First full week of my new training program done and I am sore as fuck! This is the easy part with less sets and 3RIR. I'm hoping it's just my body adapting to the new training stimulus or I am so screwed lol. My knees are taking a beating with all this standing compound stuff I programmed. Going to keep it the same for another week or 2 but if this keeps up I'm gonna back off on the leg training stuff and add some more upper work instead. The legs are doing a lot of secondary work everyday right now.

Thankfully I got some Deca on the way and hopefully that will help lube up these old knees. Even my elbows were feeling it a bit after yesterday.

The training is so much fun tho. Hitting all these new movements feels great. Haven't even used my landmine for like a year, so that's nice too. Doing meadows rows for the first time and they're amazing. Going to program them a lot more from now on.

Ate like a pig last night. Fats got high but that was just all the avocado. It was order in Mexican night. The kitchen here is closed on Saturday njghts lol

you should update e3d like @HarleyGuy , it would be easier for you @BeMe :D
the appetite spike means you’re in a good zone, can you up some carbs in the mix? how do you feel about oatmeal?

Mood dips like that usually just mean CNS fatigue from too many compound lifts in a row, so back off slightly next session and see if it levels.
i would bump up the cbd dose as well, how much you taking now?

If you can post all the foods for the day from the app, maybe blood sugar dips as well? guessing here.

Man I'm having a hard time keeping up with this log these days. Way too many other things going on here in EVO world lol.
I was nodding my head when I read this too I totally get it @BeMe. I've got EVO hats, podcasts, and MOD work which means checking about 100 logs a day and I let my own log go for at least a week or more and it became just chit chat so I put an alert in my phone for e3d to take the half hour and throw up a log update and whatever I did either the day before or that day and I take pics of all my meals still I just don't post them ED like I used to.

The way I worded it in my head is instead of taking a break from EVO when I'm working on EVO and going and watching youtube for a half hour I instead take that half hour and do some 'self care' and give myself some 'me' time and throw up a really good log update and that's my EVO 'break' LMAO.

Otherwise I'm working doing under the table shit but still on my phone when I can trying to keep up.

This is why I call @LevButlerov "The Entity"... no one knows how to hack his mad 'everywhere' EVO skills and I've decided he's not a highly sophisticated EVO AI bot either but a human. Freaks me out sometimes!

However i feel you doing a crazy job keeping up with the volume of loggers too @HarleyGuy i do really respect and admire the advice your giving to the crew, spoken with a lot of wisdom too brother.

Meadows rows.... Is that a one arm row using the weight end of the t bar row? I remember at the time not understanding it. Something about shifting your hips during the movement?

was order in Mexican night
No pics? Mexican food is legit up there? It’s hit or miss, they can take straight poverty food and make it the most delicious food in the world, or just basic not that good
got some Deca on the way
I think it works, pretty good. Maybe not “omg it’s a miracle!” but just like, you’re on deca and things don’t hurt. My joints aren’t as crackly. I do think that deca and npp act like different but similar things.

3 days is too long for me. I'd forget how I was feeling and need to post multiple training sessions in 1 log update. It would end up too big and still the same amount of work lol.

It's all good. I'll always manage to make the time one way or another.

For CBD I can't remember. It's a lot tho. I think like 240mg per day.

Hopefully my body is just adapting to this new training. I've been here before and it just took some getting used to.

Naw you're not supposed to shift your hips according to John Meadows. There should be no rotation and you should feel a nice contraction in your upper back.

Yeah we get good Mexican food up here. It's hit and miss but we have so many different cultures in Toronto and so many restaurants that the ones that aren't good don't last. The ones that last you know for sure they're good.

You're doin more runs of the hats? Tryn to get a business goin?

Meadows rows.... Is that a one arm row using the weight end of the t bar row? I remember at the time not understanding it. Something about shifting your hips during the movement?
did you know Las Vegas means "the meadows" in spanish? learned that one yesterday

You're doin more runs of the hats? Tryn to get a business goin?
I've been toying with my cart to see how much the price goes down if I order 100 for example. I'd just probably get management involved and send them to them at my cost to add a "EVO merch" tab to the top of the browser bar. An idea in it's infancy is all.

Hahaha its like there is 5 of him, even today im trying to keep up and all my notifications keep popping up with his name in it 🤣🤣

However i feel you doing a crazy job keeping up with the volume of loggers too @HarleyGuy i do really respect and admire the advice your giving to the crew, spoken with a lot of wisdom too brother.
Yes I always know when Lev sit's down and goes full Entity mode it's usually around 7pm EST. Sometimes I try and have my workout and meal#2 done and am ready at the desktop to rock and roll to keep up so I can go to bed with a clean que haha.

Thanks for the kinds words bro you're kicking some ass on here yourself not only with your own logs (4 logs, crazy dedication!) but I can tell you're getting more confident to start giving out great advice too. You know your shit bro so let if fly!

3 days is too long for me. I'd forget how I was feeling and need to post multiple training sessions in 1 log update. It would end up too big and still the same amount of work lol.
That's very fair :D better ED if easier to keep track @BeMe
It's all good. I'll always manage to make the time one way or another.
sounds good :D
For CBD I can't remember. It's a lot tho. I think like 240mg per day.
240mgs is a good dose I see 500mgs regular.
Hopefully my body is just adapting to this new training. I've been here before and it just took some getting used to.
It takes time to adapt to anything especially you're more lower test intake now.

Maybe I'll try upping it. The way they dose our CBD here is weird. It's 200mg/g

My typical dose is 1ml so I'm not really sure how that works out. Duno the weight of mct oil with CBD in it lol.

I'm assuming it's around 200mg. This is the strongest CBD we can get up here, legally anyway @LevButlerov

make sure you heat it up if its in coconut oil, doesn't dissolve well :D @BeMe

Naw mine comes in MCT oil. I'm good. I worry about gettn the shits from too much tho LOL
You need to heat it up and shake well before use :D @BeMe

That’s wild. I get cbd isolate. Assuming it’s like 999mg/g. 5 grams lasts me… years. It’s turning yellow lol

Yea we just get what the government allows us to have. It's good in a way because it makes sure the product is clean. Bad in a way cuz like everything else they want way down at pussy levels lol.

Log Day 198

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH

Sorry I missed my post yesterday, not a lot going on cuz of a rest day and way to busy with replies. I think @LevButlerov is trying to break me or somethn.

Today's a big update, so sorry in advance.

Yesterday's training was pretty shitty. Numbers were down, shoulder got a bit tweaked, just can't seem to recover properly this last week. I thought it was the new training split, but maybe it's something else. Might be a bit sick again or something.

Got my dental implant today surprisingly. I showed up expecting just a consultation and ended up getting the implant done. Would have been nice to know beforehand so I could have eaten something, a nice last solid meal, but instead I went on a 16-hour fast today and couldn't eat proper food even after lol.

My mouth is still pretty swollen up, the specialist was pretty rough. Just in recovery mode now and I have to take Amoxicillin for a week. I hate antibiotics! Wipes out all my hard work building a tough gut microbiome and I'll have to start from square one all over again...

So with the recovery from the implant and the fact that I'm struggling to recover from training I've been thinking. It's been over 3 years since I took a full week off training. I've done deloads but never a week off and barely a handful of missed days over a training week.

I'm gonna take a week or two off training to let this dental work heal up well. They told me I can't train for a few days but I figured I should give it a rest and let my entire body heal up for once.

Any tips on things I can do to promote the healing process will be helpful. I'm currently running bpc157, tb500, and GH.

I'm also interested in what other people have done to recover from antibiotics? I haven't taken any in we'll over a decade. I take probiotics daily and I'll add in some fermented foods more often. I'm just curious if anyone knows of a good protocol. Maybe @stevesmi might have some specific insight here?

Not trying to break you :D @BeMe just sharing my top logs with you.

if you got that bad shoulder and implant, time to deload a rest.

start with 1 week deload and we go from there, dont train just heal up. You dont want to mess with an implant and shoulder.
Any tips on things I can do to promote the healing process will be helpful. I'm currently running bpc157, tb500, and GH.
You're already on bpc157 tb500 and hgh, thats really good. I suggest you add GHK-Cu 2mgs 3x/week as you recover.

I would add extra probiotics ed for now, and more as you stop the protocol.
how many days and what antibiotics do you take?

Heat it up? Why's that? Never heard that one before. I would think that could be bad for it if it got too hot or something.
what I mean by "heat up" is more like warm up, think closer to your body temp + around 39C maybe 40 but not too hot, it will make sure the MTC and the cbd properly dissolve, like a crystalized vial and you get the right cbd dose.
If you want the easy way, wash your hands with hot hot water, and roll in your warmed up hands and shake well before use @BeMe

I'm taking a 1 week course of amoxicillin.

Interesting, I've never heard that. I always shake the shit outta it but never heard anything about warming it. I think my cdb using a liquid distalate for the actual CBD. Not exactly sure how it works but I know it's different then other CBDs

You should get some physique pics from that.

Amoxicillin isn’t the worst. Doxycycline wrecked me
took a full week off training
Idk how you do it man. I get really really really done in sometimes. Even when my work is comparatively light, the heavy workouts put me over the edge and I just can’t function. I hate taking breaks because it sets me back pretty quick, but when I kept pushing for like a year and just using more drugs I could feel myself getting dumber. And mean. And my shoulder was screaming
recover from antibiotics
get some homemade kimchi. Something made from someone’s grandma that she could get arrested for selling to the public.

Not gonna lie, I had that exact thought..I almost did but I was like nah. I looked crazy lean but pretty flat too. My midsection looked great tho. Especially from the side.

I have been noticing something like that too lately. Like I'm flippin into these stressed out modes for no reason. I think my CNS system is fried and is a parasympathetic response. I've never had this before but the last week or so randomly I'll just feel stressed or like you said on edge. I was talking to my wife about it a couple days ago.

Haha no shortage of that here. A lot of my best friends are Korean. The problem with that stuff is it stinks up your house. Koreans have a special fridge just for their kimchi. I usually just pickup a small container and my wife and I crush it in 1 go

I'm taking a 1 week course of amoxicillin.
Standard post tooth work.
I would go with regular probiotics as you have been doing while taking amox.
After you're done, increase probiotics capsules get 100billion cfu and get spore based probiotics as well, add fermented kimchi and buy kefir for each meal for 3-4 weeks minimum @BeMe
of course digestive enzymes and psyllium a must

warm and shake thats the way, no matter how they put the cbd in there, you want the best dose /per ml

Log Day 199

Dose 70mg test EOD, 2iu GH pre-bed, 750mcg BPC 157, 2mg Tb500 EOD

I'm adding in the peptide list now cuz I'm basically in a healing phase and it's pretty relevant. Hopefully the peptides will help speed up this recovery of my dental implant.

It's a shame I'm gonna mark my 200th log day with time outta the gym...I miss training already and it's only day 2.

On the bright side, my recovery seriously spiked today. Major differences yesterday were a 16 hour fast and a pretty big decrease in macros. I did rest a bit too, but still went to work after my dental surgery in the morning. I'm wondering if maybe the random fast resulted in this huge change in recovery.

See below, RHR dropped, respiratory rate dropped, and HRV spiked. I would've thought my sleep would suck given all the pain and discomfort I'm in but I sleep like a baby. Didn't even wake up to pee.

Talk to @Fusion Canada see if he has GHK-cu that will help with healing a lot, I was just telling @s.gentz about it
good feedback on GLOW which is bpc/tb/ghk from @Trenhead3cc and some of my clients as well

no shame in it, you're handling yourself smart and long term :D @BeMe EVO family respect!

Think of it as your long term recovery, deload that your body needed.

Yea I'm not a fan of the ratios in those blends. I like keeping the TB higher in the first 6 weeks. I should be able to get some GHK cu but I think by the time I get it and add it I should already be close to healed up.

With the improved recovery do you think the lower macros and fast caused that or something else? @LevButlerov

Think I might start adding in random fasts now and again if it can help bounce back my recovery like this. Could be a great tool

Dont use the blend, you can add the GHK yourself, but fyi you can buy it and have it in case injuries creep on you. @BeMe

its hard to say but fasting does help, you might have had more water retention then we understand.

1 36 hour fast every 2 weeks is a start.

36 hour fast every 2 weeks is a start.

Whooa slow your horses cowboy lol. I don't wanna go that hard haha. I can fast 18 hours. I've done longer fasts than that before and it kills me on day 2 at work. I'm more the time restricted eater than a true faster like @stevesmi

I work high up on ladders a lot and low blood sugar is risky for me. Don't wanna be a koala in a heatwave lol

lets try 18 intermittent fast to start you're right!
I was way too far on it with your work output.

Full week off sounds like a good idea given the circumstances. And three years... Wow! I try to do it every 6 to 12 months.

Fasting isnt that bad. Ill do 1 day a week 24 hour fast and then once a month ill do a 48-72 hour fast. Fist 12 hours suck. Just work more or do anything to keep busy

As for injuries peptides are the best! Dosage for bpc is based on weight. Tb 500 is min 5mg a week.

Example for a 220-250lb person with an injury

bpc 1mg 2x a day. am and pm
tb 500 2x a week @ 2.5mg per shot

GHK-Cu im not well versed in yet. Ive heard its great for healing, skin, hair. Just havent versed myself in it enough yet to give a good answer. Soon as I am tho ill post more about it

i think battling the habitual eating is what makes fasting the hardest for people. people tend to eat the same times daily for example. and in reality no wild animal on earth eats at the same times daily. animals in zoos or captivity are put on an eating schedule and ironically have more physical and mental anguish then the wild animals

Yea I don't know a ton about GHK either. I always just stick with BPC and TB typically.

Damn you fast a lot! 2-3 days fasting is not for me lol. I tried 2 days once and it was really though at work. I'm on the tools and up and down ladders all day so I need my food. A day I can do but 2 gets sketchy.

I heard that even a lot of traditional fasting doesn’t apply to hard laborers. I can imagine

I can see the habitual aspect being a problem for people. I remember quitting smoking was the hardest when I was driving simply because I was so used to just lighting up in my car.

I had a crazy recovery spike where my RHR went down, respiratory rate down, and HRV went way up, all after I fasted 16hrs and atw less on the day. You think there's a correlation there or is it just coincidence @stevesmi

Are you aware of any research linking fasting to improved recovery?

i've got a mess of studies on my log about fasting and recovery. basically when you fast your body saves energy from digesting 50% of your daily energy. so it can use that to recover. also it causes a spike in hgh and obviously increases cell autophagy all over the place. plus lower inflammation. all these help with recovery.

as far as the heart rate that is normal fasting. when i did my 19 day fast i would get up in the morning with sky high HR. its crazy adrenaline and my body saying go find food. it would calm down as the day went on. this is why people with existing heart issues need to be working with a doctor when fasting to ensure they are doing it under control

Yeah I hear you. Do you just do above ground or do you do unground as well?
I’ve been doing a ton of underground lately, and I bought a machine that’s currently costing me double my mortgage so that I can do it more efficiently than everyone else. It’s working. six more payments after today lol
The big project I’m starting is half underground and half above ground. Above ground is really my specialty and it’s where I really shine because after you’re done, you can see it lol

I don't remember much when I lived in Alaska at Elmendorf AFB. I remember the snow and a few things about the house. My mom always talks about all we did all day was put snow cloths on go outside for a few minutes come in take them off dry repeat all day long. She said it was so exhausting taking the clothes off and on. Lol hearing her talk about it I can only imagine the headaches of the cold. I like Florida winter. 29rse case we may have high in the 30-40's just a few days out of the year rest stay between 50-70 all winter.

My resting hr actually went way down. The energy saved for digestion makes total sense. Increased cell autophagy is interesting. I'm gonna look into that.

Thanks @stevesmi

Yeah it’s like that. Once you’re dressed to be outside you can barely go inside. It’sa whole job

No, I don’t put the conduit in the ground. My machine connects to the conduit and inserts really high volume compressed air from a diesel air compressor and then hydraulically pushes the cable into the pipe, and at every pull point I’ll take like a 12 foot loop of conduit and connect the ends together and I can shoot the cable up to a mile, obviously there’s a lot of complications along the way lol but instead of having to pull 500 feet at a time I can push 2000 to 5000 feet at a time. It’s drastically drastically less labor, but there’s a significant amount of prep time and dressing. Everything after the cable is in place and adjusting slack.

i've got a mess of studies on my log about fasting and recovery. basically when you fast your body saves energy from digesting 50% of your daily energy. so it can use that to recover. also it causes a spike in hgh and obviously increases cell autophagy all over the place. plus lower inflammation. all these help with recovery.

as far as the heart rate that is normal fasting. when i did my 19 day fast i would get up in the morning with sky high HR. its crazy adrenaline and my body saying go find food. it would calm down as the day went on. this is why people with existing heart issues need to be working with a doctor when fasting to ensure they are doing it under control
19 days?! thats the longest ive heard. Did you reverse fast? Start with broth and then slowly introduce foods back?

Underground is definitely preferred so I'd imagine there's more demand in that field?

Nice that you're getting paid for a change lol

So because I’m doing the sort of long distance, cables, like the backbone stuff, they will put it on poles anytime they can because the price is a fraction, and a speed that I can put it on is quite a bit faster because they don’t have to put the pipe in. One of the biggest reasons why this particular customer has been doing whole cities underground as because they’ve been having a lot of contractors screw up the poles so bad that they wind up having to tear half the town down because it’s too low over roads and too close to the powerlines And every other nightmare scenario. Those mistakes can get really expensive really fast like having to replace pulse to the tune of $20,000 apiece if it’s a really big polel with a lot of stuff on it.
As far as the distribution cables that feed the neighborhoods and then the wires that go to the houses, every newer subdivision is underground by law so it’s really only like historic neighborhoods that get aerial cable for the actual service. I really like doing that but it’s definitely dying out

Yea it's the same way up here. Less maintenance and down time with the underground. These days people will choose their Wi-Fi over their power in their houses so fibre feeds are now essential lol

My resting hr actually went way down. The energy saved for digestion makes total sense. Increased cell autophagy is interesting. I'm gonna look into that.

Thanks @stevesmi
first thing in the morning i was high HR. then it went down rest of day. i actually attribute it to an electrolyte imbalance and dehydration. i would drink some lightly salted mineral water and it would fix instantly

as far as the autophagy i did bloods after 5 days fasting and indeed my white blood cell count was LOW. so fasting kills your cells, then once the fast is over you can test again and see they are back up. this is autophagy and like having an army and getting rid of the older troops for fresh 18 year olds.
