also to add from before, say I'm up to 106kg and now I cruise, are you suggesting I can stay at 106kg? it just doesn't happen for me. This one talks about reproductive toxicity in Menidia beryllina and how it was potential toxic to offspring.

This one is based on rats and claims there may be general reproductive toxicity but not teratogenicity (congenital defects)

So it's iffy, there's potential for chromosomal damage but it's not confirmed. You could well be fine, but without human studies it's hard to say for sure. Those studies sure as fuck wouldn't get past an ethics board, though.
Really comes down to how safe you want to play things.

Brah u ran tren for 5 months and accutane. I mean it's possible that isn't the only reason you had issues but it's a pretty good starting point for "what did I do wrong?".

Accutane was ran in 2014 brah so a while ago. Not sure why I ran into pain a year later..

My personal advice stay away from clen try t3 even DNP I think if done properly is safer then clen...... I am no longer fan of clen maybe I am just getting old lol

You can always rely on hard work strict dieting cardio

Stick with t3 and clen. With plenty of cardio.

Unless you know what you are doing, never do DNP.

Doing f all training whilst overseas. Got a session in yesterday, will get one in this evening. Dat bicep / triceps pump.

Then shoulders and flabs tmz. 30 mins is better than zero mins!

Speaking of t3 what do peope dose it at? Im on hrt (prescription t3) for hypothyroidism. 20mcg seems to keep my t3 stable but my rt3 is fcked. Anyway ramped it up to 60mcg past 2 weeks havent noticed any difference (re how i feel / increase in metabolism etc). Just curious as to what people dose at whether it be for fat loss or hrt purposes.

Well that's odd then. I mean if they were at the same time I'd think liver or maybe kidneys but no idea honestly.
No leads at all from doctors?
Also I guess I'd still recommend shorter runs on tren, like 12-14 weeks max? Guess that's where I'd be calling it quits with thyroid and liver strain. Have seen people run it for like a year with no problems which is mental, but hey I guess if it works it works.
