Any of the boys done the FST-7 workout style? been doing it for 2 weeks its brutal as fuck arms have blown up

I have tried ....... its fun but when it comes to training I simply enjoy training no matter what they ask you or whether I am on or not lol

I also did German volume training while on DNP that wasn't fun :)
 
what lab u running?
Started 4 weeks at 500 of both with sdrol kicker now about 3 weeks in at 750 Syntha test a.i deca the test is good im sure already had a gyno flare.. tbh not too sure about the deca...gotta wait till i get over this flu properly .probably just overthinking it.

Yeh its pretty good man :)
mi40 is another good program by ben pakulski, a bit of bro science but underneath it all is a solid training program, especially for the steroid user
 
Same man - the minimum i aim for is 4 reps
Yeah 6 for me i go a 1rm once in a blue moon for shits and giggles ..was good in my small gym was almost the strongest there...new gym fuckin 18 year olds squattin 4 plates a side ..like get fucked man gee's

You guy's inspired/belittled me a bit too much today sharing your lifts. Tried to play catch up on deadlifts today. Strained so much got a nose bleed lol. Shoved a tissue up my nose but wouldn't stop bleeding for the whole workout haha.

Added 10kg to my deadlift though so thanks heaps for the inspiration!

speaking of powerlifting how do you fellas deal with it if you have small joints? ever had any injury issues?
 
My best beach 160 natty when I was 25 and 200 squat.
Haven't tried to beat it since as haven't been a weight gym member since.
Pb deads was 220 on 2nd cycle
This is the first year I have had gym membership and been on cycle so will see if I can get back to those weights again

Dude I refuse to watch any weightlifting injury videos. I actually feel ill, empathise to much with the pain.

Jesus fuck im the same. I saw a video on monday of a woman lock out her knees while leg pressing and the fucking thing snapped one of her legs. Literally ruined my whole day. I even lectured my girlfriend about never locking her legs when lifting just cause of that. Shit looked SO painful.

I normally get agitated when I can't train but I was swear I'm gonna flip. Must be the Tbol?
That the problem with multiple compounds. Pointing the finger is not precise,
Had to pump out some shadow boxing and body weight exercises. Flu is almost gone so made sure I didn't go too craY
