Getting rid of fat

It's still about all those things you hate unfortunately. You need to continue to restrict your caloric intake, and increase your cardio more. It is tough, and that's why most people are not 10% body fat.

if you have been fat all your life it will be very hard to ever have a ripped 6 pack. homeostasis and body memory is your enemy. doesn't mean you can't push for it though

it starts with your diet #1. it is very complicated and involves more than 'eating in a deficit'.. people try that all the time and fail miserably. you need to completely overhaul what you eat, how you eat, when you eat, etc.

one of the biggest advices i can give you is don't believe you can just workout hard and 'burn calories' and lose fat. nope, doesn't work like that. the human body does not burn fat this way effectively. that is why you see so many fat people doing cardio for an hour at the gym and they stay fat. you have to PUT your body into fat burning mode first

I have been lifting for around 2-3 years now. I am in my early 20s. Overall I have gotten stronger and have visibly put on a decent amount of muscle. My issue I've always had though is my bodyfat. I am probably sitting around 20% right now, and I've never gotten lower. Awhile back I dropped around 10lbs on the scale, while maintaining my muscle, but it took everything I had. It took me like 2-3 months. I had to intermittent fast and restrict myself like crazy (I hated it). I still never ended up losing anything noticeable around my core though, as I store most of my fat around my core.

So my question is... what can I take to help the fat come off? I have been lurking around this forum, and a couple others for a few months now. Reading, reading, reading, but I still don't feel confident enough to dive into purchasing anything (that's why I am here). The only thing I do not feel comfortable doing at this point is pinning/injecting (plz don't flame me for that). I want to be safe and smart, but I really want to drop my BF to around 10% as it's always been my goal. I appreciate any help/info.

Quite the opposite - at your age we'd rather you didn't too.

Honestly gotta keep trying new things. Diet, training, carb cycling, etc.

It took me a while to lose my weight. When I was in my early 20s I had a catastrophic ankle injury and ballooned to 350 pounds (im 6'9") and was woefully out of shape. Its took me 4-5 years to shed all that weight and get to a mid teens bodyfat 14%-15% which I maintain most of the year and push for low teens for the summer.

Its an ongoing battle but no steroid or PED is going to shred you down to 10% bodyfat and honestly not everyone is genetically made to be that lean and maintain it.

If you really want to try something you could try Sarms. Cardarine works wonders for endurance.

sarms are always a great option to help but you can take everything under the sun but without discipline and consistency in your diet and training, it wont make much of a difference.. i can help you with a sarms cutting stack... you can get everything you need at esarms.com

here is the layout

I really hate to be like this, but you just have to diet better and harder. You just simply dont have your diet structured where it needs to be. You're not alone. 99% of the people in tje gym are fatter than they want to be, and it's all for one reason. Their diet is inadequate for their goals. Even though you see them in there every day working, doing cardio, etc. Theu stay the same. Why? Because you cant outwork a bad diet. That's the bottom line. No drug amd no supplement can outwork a bad diet either
