Shit house sleep routine again.

Got about 6 hours though.

From 6am - 12pm.

Trained while I was still digesting which I don't like doing.

But I was too scared to sit down and digest at home in case I fell asleep again.

Not a bad session though.

Pulling out some extra reps on working sets to failure.

Niggles not too bad.

Just gotta dial in the load on the db press.

Probably getting abit cocky.
Also a little bit frustrated that a couple of months back I was hoisting 120lb more comfortably for more reps than I am now at equivalent 55kg.

Gotta be something in the difference of the dumbbell design from the old the new. Different shape, different centre of gravity, different balance.

That's the way the cookie crumbles.
Work the muscle, not the weight.

Not impressed with my bodyweight
But looking in the mirror I feel like I'm on the right track.

If I eat much more food in gonna retain more than I really want and my midsection is gonna be more than I can handle.

On about 4 hours sleep this morning.
Had some extra motivation to get up and go.

Training fasted again. Purely time constraints.

No reduction in output until upright rows.
Half way through first set felt like I was running on empty.
But the muscles just kept going.

Stomach screaming at me by the end of the session.
I'm feeling it now.
But the muscles wanna keep going.

Barbell bench wrist curls after wrist rollers;
- 20kg x 18
- 20kg x 18
- 20kg x 15

Can obviously take more load but I'm not gonna push it
Don't want to stress or tighten these cunts any more than necessary.

But they've come a long way.

I'm getting much closer across most exercises to hitting failure on the working set at the rep range I'm looking for, without having to pull out early due to joint stress and simply having to chase more volume.

@AlphaLabs Deca getting the job done.

Might swap face pulls into my B day.
This is about as much load as the forearms will take but I got plenty of reps in me.

Ran out of puff a few times.
Hit the Ventolin a couple of times.

Good session. Feeling strong. Looking decent.

Just did pyramid 10x10 sets:
- Seated ham curl.
- Seated quad extension.

1 set to total failure.

- Seated calf raises.

Left knee was very well behaved today.

Got up to 70kg extensions for a clean 10 without issue.
Tried 80kg and only had 3 reps in me

No arguments from the knee tho.

Maybe I've been a little too cautious with it in terms of overloading.

Though I do usually do extensions after hack squat which will obviously take a bit of gas out of it.

Maybe @AlphaLabs Deca really starting to shine and build me some bulletproof knees.

Fatigue is definitely an issue on the back of iron deficiency and hyperthyroidism.

Got a follow up appointment with my GP tomorrow.

Just got a bit going on in my personal life rn, and some days I just need the day to myself.

i would start with daily steak if you have the budget and start eating spinach as well

I've had those types of issues in my ribs several times after a really hard workout I've never figured out what it was but it does go away after a couple weeks

I strained my ribs once in the last 4 weeks of a competition cycle. Couldn't squat or deadlift the last 4 weeks going into the competition. Never figured out what happened or what caused it. Went away after a few weeks later.

Yeah this is usually the culprit.

Pec injections for myself, simple easy and effective
I didn't care for the increase in size on the r one pec out of balance. I suppose if I were doing 2 injections per day It would make more sense in keeping each pec in balance. That is a good thing to know in the future though as I could fill in spots without having to use synthol.

Sorry brother, you need to research a bit more. It not for site enhancement it just another spot to inject peds, same as Delts and glutes etc.

I know this. It just so happens with me personally. Stuff which is very pippy swells more than others with me. It's a win for me as my delts get huge when I inject TNE. I am not trying to gain size at all over the last 12 months so when I do it will be one more arrow in my quiver.

Been a couple of weeks since I modified the dose and my libido has increased to where it usually is on Tren, random hardons all hours of the day.

Joints responding well, niggles and twangs significantly reduced.

And yeah aesthically I'm happy with where it's headed.

Like the day after a big night.

Feels like dying.

Might skip the Moda when I get home.

Yeah skipping the moda I need food in my belly but right now it's full of water and protein shake.

Just gonna be as productive as I can and not go anywhere near my bed.

Log closure:

With a little bit of disappointment I'm gonna call it a day on my evo log.

I've still got 8 weeks of cycle left that I will continue to log on evolutionary.org.

I just can't abide the disrespect shown to @AlphaLabs being put on probation on top of what's already a ridiculous situation in becoming a "trusted" vendor.

I'm not gonna go on about it, I've already aired it out on another thread.

But at the end of the day, I brought my log to evo for @AlphaLabs being my cycle sponsor.

If he no longer has any interest being here, I don't need to be either.

Thanks to everyone who followed and took the time to share input.

Maybe we'll be back if there's ever any real effort put into sorting the Aussie section out.

And if labs with standing reputations are given the recognition they deserve, and treated with a little more respect.

and you should know, we don't understand the AU section or politics of it, so many things that happen is due to the mod/admin team not understanding the complexity of whats happening. It a long and hard process for us as we are 99.9% USA concentrated.

Yet I mention the AU forum I came from - U . G . L . Talk - in the post above yours, to say I'll still be logging there.

And it's been moderated in act of threatened censorship to read evolutionary.org

But there is a misunderstanding, you said we are only concerned about USA operation, but rather we don't understand the AU side, for us its very difficult to understand.

We have implemented probation policies for non-trusted/non-VIP sources in the open now.

Further, sending guys links outside our family is against TOS, I told @TeeGee the same via DM openly.

And on the 'stealing' members, thats not a concern for us to be fair, we have over 1,600,000 visitors per month, 97% of who are readers only. But we have rules, and sending any members outside our community network is an offense against the TOS and we suspend for it.
