Option 1 # So ive been taking finasteride 1mg Ed for th last - 12 months with no notice improvements. I might say a little.
And also minuxodil at 7% strength from pilot.
Ru 5851 or what ever its called

I was also looking in microneedling?
Miscroneedling

I've also looked at the red light helmets or caps that you wear them around your head for 10- 20 minutes a day.

Also there's this other option!

This is also an LED face bask i like this once because going into my cycle my acne starts to ear its ugly little head and it get worse on my back of my neck. Im really leaning to wards this one because it just doesnt have red leds as a posed to the omnilux.

I used to have a full head of hair and over the years it had lost it being a testosterone and Tren.

I just can't seem to afford to go over to Greece and get the full hair replaced.

Im currently just starting and NPP 600mg per week 500 pm of test e HGH at 4iu per night and start of on retatrutide at 1mg per week plus some anadrol

What have u tried bare in mind im not ready to shave it all off yet!. What are your recommendations?!

Finasteride with some gear is no bueno - Test E is also not hair safe if you are already prone to hair loss.

If you insist on still using test id swap to Test U as its easier on your hair.

Another unpopular choice is deca solo or Deca with 10mg dbol for the slight bit of test it gives you. Not everyone likes this but it definitely does work.

I'd also just stick with the micro needling

It looks like you have actually regrown significant hair. I would continue, and add microneedling. But get the pen, not the roller. And keep your doses as low as possible. I had good results from everything you are doing +microneedling, but it was honestly too late and then I got on test and it was ooooover. Shaved head and beard for me.

There is plenty of articles. Plzz look up urself don’t be spoon fed. I am on doctor prescribed 1mg fin and 5 mg minoxidil daily my doctor suggest not to use it npp and deca. Also i have seen someone hair nuked using fin and npp together. Hope this helps.

Using a 5AR like finasteride or dutasteride will also block nandrolone's conversion into dihydro-nandrolone. Which is much less androgenic than nadrolone itself. So what you'll be left with is the more androgenic nandrolone floating around causing more hair loss.

Finasteride and dutasteride will mainly help with testosterone and reducing the DHT conversion.

Also anadrol is pretty harsh on the hairline too.

Using high doses of gear is always gonna eventually hit your hairline if you have the genetics for hairloss. Only thing you can really do is slow down the progression by keeping the doses low and/or leveraging other peptides.

Lower dose test with dutasteride is probably one of the better options. If you've got training and diet dialled in, you can still make good gains.

Bro ill give you the straight no bs advice;
Hair is caused by 2 things 1) Androgens (primarily DHT) 2) Blood flow.

If your using AAS (like me for example at the moment; you need anti androgen like Ru58841, will not let androgens hit hair).

If your natural and want cosmetic, ask you doctor for 1mg Fina (approved by board for MPH), and tell him oral minioxidil (blood flow) show him this study https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7649170/ and thell give it to you as offlabel use for MPH as its not for that but hypotension (sp?).

You get these 2 things down pat, anything else is just accessory. Trust me, years and years of trial and error for the above.

Search for "dr.pen needles cartridges m8" in AliExpress search bar, as there are better vendors (higher sold listings and better ratings) where you'll more likely get the legit items. I normally purchase the 24 or 36 pins.

Also to answer why I do it every fortnight (once every 2 weeks) its to allow your scalp to heal while using minoxidil.
