Having trouble eating

Hey guys,

I just finished pct today. I'm having trouble eating and working out right now. It just feels really difficult to hit my calories and macros on the day then it did on cycle. Is this just a PCT thing? Do you guys find yourself forcing down food too?

Also, at the gym I'm getting lazy. I can get about 45 minutes of lifting in a session. Before I'm just dead and don't feel like being there. Hoping now that PCT is finished I will slowly get back on track.

I've been taking osatrine which has been helping me hold onto my muscle as well which is good because my sessions keep getting cut short. Idk if it's just a mind thing that you have to overcome or pct just draining body as my hormones change.

I'm just venting here... any input is good.

Feeling a little low etc. post-cycle isn't uncommon, so no need to worry unduly. Keep focused on your training/nutrition etc. and work through it.

Everything you are experiencing is perfectly normal. Your body is under a lot of stress during a PCT as your natural testosterone production recovers.

You are smart to reduce your training volume during a PCT. You still want to train hard while on a PCT to keep the muscle there, but you want to reduce your training volume because your recovery ability isn't as good.

Look into nutrobal. It's an HGH analogue. It'll help recovery and prevent muscle loss during a PCT AND it will increase appetite. It kills two birds with one stone. You can read up on it more here -> http://www.evolutionary.org/nutrobal-mk-677-ibutamoren
Since nutrobal is an HGH analogue, it won't effect testosterone levels and it's perfectly fine to use in a PCT protocol.

You might need to try to switch to more calorie dense foods. For example, switch pasta to noodles. It goes down faster. Same as switching chicken to white fish.

If you need to force yourself a little bit to maintain your mass, well its up to you to choose whether its worth it.

this is very individual. i find myself forcing down food when i am stressed out, i feel like if i miss a meal it is not good at all.

what can help is eating more bland, you won't get full so fast. example would be instead of eating chicken parmesan smothered in cheese and sauce. instead eat a plain chicken breast with some lemon. the parmesan will be heavy on your stomach and will kill your appetite for a while.

another trick is avoid dairy, which is heavy on the stomach. lets say you have a protein shake, that can kill your appetite bigtime and you won't even want to eat dinner after

This is very normal. The body is making major adjustments right now trying to recover natural stable hormone levels. You have been used to training as an enhanced athlete and now that you are off, it just is not as easy. Add to that the mental aspect of being off cycle. Definitely normal so just ride it out and stick to the plan. You could add in some HCGenerate ES too if you aren't taking it. I always include it in PCT. Really makes me feel better.

It is something normal, and as a matter of fact I am feeling low too now that I am on PCT. However, all this training should be regarded as a medicine - you need to make an effort in order to workout, but you will feel so much better after doing so. Just give your body a little bit of time to get completely recovered, and you will be fine.

Should have used hcg the last 3 weeks when your test was clearing

That would not help a lot, since it would also cause a spike in estrogen levels, and the raise in testosterone levels would be very deceptive, since HCG does not actually stimulate the body to produce testosterone of its own.
