My wife wants to use hcg plus other things but how many iu s does a female take to lose weight on hcg also would she use it everyday or every other day any help would be greatly appricated thanks
the FDA already announced this was nonsense. the guy who was pushing it is now in prison for fraud

its just like any other diet scam bro... atkins, etc... they come and go... they end up showing their true colors... they end up not only being harmful and unsustainable but end up leaving you far worse off than when you began... hcg is just another COMMON FAD diet that falls into this category... there is no "cookie cutter" diet yet the public falls for this trick marketing... WHEN IT COMES TO DIET AND TRAINING, EVERYTHING SHOULD BE DESIGNED "PERSON SPECIFIC" , not for the general public... its just like a more professional infomercial... hcg was such bull shit, i don't even know where to begin... i love it when people say "it worked" Sure it worked, but how did you end up??? there's a lot of things that work but at what cost and how did you actually end up?? people don't think longer term though...
you know exactly what i mean bro, im sure you see it all the time as well... people dont understand person specific type setups and the importance... that's what i do for a living, i set these up for people and they become life long clients when they see the difference and sustainability etc...

Can you test hcg with a pregnancy test I read u could to check n see if ur hcg is real
I believe there are specific pregnancy kits that will show a positive with real hcg.
if you do some googling you can find the right brands to get or just ask the pharmacist there (who am I kidding the pharmacist will probably have no clue you are better off googling lol)
here is an explanation I found online about hcg diet from a site promoting it.
" The second function HCG provides is in helping ensure that there are adequate nutrients and calories available for both the mother and child-to-be during pregnancy.
HCG does this by stimulating the hypothalamus to produce chemicals that release stores of fat into the bloodstream to be burned as energy. During this process, nutrients that are normally stored in fat are also released into the bloodstream, helping to provide sustenance to the mother and growing fetus. When pregnancy is not present, HCG still causes the release of fat stores into the bloodstream, and this is where it is important for those on the HCG diet."
keep in mind as I stated its a site promoting it so they are going to be biased with how they interpret this sort of thing. personally I think its ridiculous and also remember the hcg diet requires you eat 500 calories a day. I would say anyone who eats that little will lose weight initially, however goodbye metabolism long term. essentially you are just starving yourself to lose weight and a lot of fat people will stop eating big mac's and credit the hcg with their results.. a big mac btw has 550 calories alone lol.

Thanks Steve I tryd a couple no good I googled it it said get the dollar store brand but there are different dollar stores I can't find the exact one one the Internet you tube shows a few people doing it but doesn't show the brand name I may have to turn to lab max they have a test I just found on there site I appricate all ur help I no u no ur stuff so I trust your opinion
If you don't believe me google women in Africa and/or India that had HCG "accidentally" in their vaccines that were given to them by the bill and Melinda gates foundation who are now sterile. Don't let your wife take HCG man. Unless you have kids already and don't plan on anymore. That's not the only danger HCG has on people either.

of course you will lose weight on 600 calories a day which is what they advocate or is it 500?
the hcg is just a ploy and a way for whoever sells it or administers it to you to make money off people looking for a quick fix
