HCGenerate ES dose

I got a 150 tablet bottle of hcgenerate ES just today, can I use 2 tablets per day instead of the 5? I'm looking to get slower results and not overload at first, especially I'm off cycle cruising now with some sarms, just chilling out and wanted an extra boost.

bro I've done ES even at 1 tablet per day....you can do 2 tabs while you bridge between cycles...no problem...

you can dose it however you like bro... just always know that its MOST EFFECTIVE at 5 caps per day... you are still going to get results at a lower dose but you won't be allowing it to shine at max capabilities lowering the dose...

If you would like to start at a lower dose of 2-3 caps you can. As stated, it's full capabilities are reached at the 5 caps per day dose

you would be getting half the recommended dose but that doesn't mean you won't still see results
