Health concern!!

Just chasing some imput here from different people as my GP is stumped at present on where to go with my health. I have taken several cycles of test, dbol, deca on the years with liver supps on and off and health has been all within range with minor ALT elevations over the year that have subsided. This cycle I just completed come off 4 week cycle 50mg anadrol,12week cycle of test e 500mg per week. Started to feel spaced out and unwell towards the end and went to take bloods ALT was only 56 and AST 50 Ferritin 320 over the course of 4 weeks ALT has risen to 190 and AST 100, Ultrasound also showing mild inflammation of the liver. So I stopped all supplements and went cold turkey which hasen't really helped in anyway.

Now 2 months has past and I still feel like rubbish, fatigue, brainfog, memory loss, tired, sore abdomen.

Every illness and sickness has been tested all neg.

Current ALT is 89 AST 35( normal) though ferriting is now 436. Normal range is 0-320.
Testosterone dropped to 5 and has only slightly moved to 6. normal 10-30. Have seen and Gastro doc cleared and heading to a Endo doc next week. Any help on getting my back on track? PLEASE HELP!!

When you say that you stopped all supplements.
Did you finish your PCT.

Also, what Liver Supps were you taking during this time......................................... JP

There are so many things to think about here. Way to many to list and I'm not a doctor.

Have you tried doing a full body cleanse? This will help cleanse your body and decrease adrenal fatigue. Wild rose is an excellent brand and comes complete with everything you need and a diet plan for 12 days.

After you compete the cleanse add in a greens powder 2 times per day, fish oil, n2guard, multi vitamin and probiotics (50 billion). Do this for a while. I'm sure your body is beat up. .. it will take time to recover but it can be done.

Good luck

Didn't finish full PCT as liver values and ultrasound showed liver inflammation so thought it was best to give it a rest. tudca was run towards the very end and 5weeks post

Sleep is ranging from 5-8hours nightly seeing as I have twins and up regular with them, don't drink caffeine at all now since the injury but did use to regular

i think a full body detox is a good, natural, way to start. so many issues can arise from the body going 100mph on and off. Adrenal fatigue is a big one for myself. Soon as i did a detox i noticed a huge difference in my health and sleep patterns

Bro do full body setox, Visit saunas regularly, eat lot of greens and berries, they help in detoxifying liver efficiently.

incoporate some livsupport, take proper rest and sleep well. Do some jogging early morning empty stomach. Do not consume high caloric foods for a while.

In addition try some meditation. A healthy and relaxed mind is solution to lof ot metabolic/body problems.

Thanks everyone for help really appreciate it, hopefully on the mend now. learnt the lesson of using harsh orals

Your first major mistake was not running a PCT.

1. Run the perfect PCT protocol exactly as it is laid out here: After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/
You can order everything you need for the protocol from ag-guys.com, n2bm.com and sarms1.com.
Part of the reason you feel so run down is that your HPTA is suppressed and your testosterone levels are low. None of the products in the perfect PCT protocol are liver toxic.

2. Order 2 bottles of n2guard from n2bm.com and use them back to back at 7 capsules/day.

3. Make sure you are drinking 5-6L of clean water per day. Minimum.

4. Cut out all stimulants and try to get at least 6 hours of sleep per night.

5. Incorporate fresh lemons/lemon juice into your daily diet. They will help your liver detox and help your liver form bile salts.

Anyone else have elevated ferritin levels, mines 436 was 256 normal is 0-320. Do I need to give blood or just try get my test levels and liver back to normal

I think this sums up your reason.

the first year with a baby is brutal and will bring on fatigue, you have 2 of them. add on that you tore up your body with steroids and caffeine .. you are experiencing adrenal fatigue.. the only cure is time and catching up on sleep

you know it can take a few bad nights where you are stressed out to set you back weeks with your fatigue. that's why people who party all the time sleep in the next day past noon, cause their bodies are so fatigued. just imagine if you did that and had to wake up at night to deal with your twins on top of it. that is what you have done to your body

If they have ruled out cysts in the liver, you should be ok. The liver takes it's time but it's extremely resilient. You're gonna feel like shit until it heals itself. If it was really hurt, you'd experience jaundice, slow or no bowel movement, very dark urine or other symptoms. The cleanse will help things along. Some very good suggestions given already.

Yes you need to give blood to try and see that number come down. Implement all the suggestions I outlined on the last page.

I think you've made a huge mistake by running anadrol for such a long time without proper liver support. Your cycle with anadrol was way too long, and it is a very harsh steroid. I would even dare to say that it is one of the harshest you can find. Also, you should always complete your PCT, as it is meant to help your body recover. All in all, next time on be more careful with the orals, pay a very close attention to the ancillaries, and run the perfect PCT. At this point you can detox your body, and may be run the perfect PCT. Some N2Guard would be a very good addition to your recovery cycle.

Just had upper ultrasound of abdomen, everything came back as normal, liver size is 18cm thought which still shows larger then normal? any supps or natural foods 2 help get this down quick?

I had an Issue with my Liver last year as my Enzymes were extremely high.

I started taking Tudca @ 250 Mg twice a day and NAC @ 1,800 Mg a day for about 1 month.
Within that time my Liver Enzymes were back around the Middle of the Test Parameters. (before they were over Double the Upper Parameters)............. JP
P.S.
I forget to mention this as I do it every morning so it's like just part of my Normal morning Regiment.
But I do the Organic Lemon in Warm Water upon waking like Mike Snow mentioned.
This is an Old Ayurvedic Detox for the Liver and it helps to wake up the Internal Organs in the morning.

Thanks very much for your feedback mate.... so the levels there I am at aren't dramatic at the moment?? Did you ever have an ultrasound of the liver? mines still 18cm at the moment which is enlarged.. been off all supps for 3months now... hoping in time it will come back down

I had an Ultrasound of the Liver/Kidneys and Bladder.
My Doctor Freaked cause he had forgotten that I was On Cycle.

I didn't Stop my Liver Supps, I just stopped my Orals, I was doing Halo at the time.
And it was my 2nd round of Orals in 16 Weeks.................................. JP
P.S.
I don't recall how much it had Enlarged.
My Doc was concerned cause I had Hepatitis-B and Yellow Jaundice back in the early 80's.
