Has anyone else had delays or issues with their orders? Placed an order 8/4 shipped on 8/6. I’ve gotten an update starting 8/13 saying “held in customs” everyday up to the 19th and now nothing. I also placed another order of Geneza after and it’s also been stuck in customs for several days with no update. I created a ticket and got a response saying to be patient and get back if there’s no update 3 weeks after the last notification and or a customs letter. After that response I received an email saying the order was going to be reshipped. When asked why or which one I’ve gotten no response.

Anyone else have any similar issues? Don’t need to hear NAPSGEAR IS AN APPROVED SOURCE. Just trying to figure out if I’m burnt or going to get my products.

@Joesmith248 "held in customs" can be anything, and customs can hold an order for weeks and let it go, let it deliver, it's not surprising if they do that.

and yes napsgear is approved and many guys will say that no matter what, but you'll get help for sure :)
 
my man i've had packages go right through customs without even being checked and i've had packages take 6 weeks. it just depends on a lot of factors and There is no Rhyme or Reason to it.

If you want a package quicker pay a little more and do domestic with napsgear next time. otherwise just sit back and be patient. its only been 3 weeks since you placed the order. always allow international packages 2-4 weeks AFTER it ships.. in your case it has been about 2 weeks so give it a solid 2 more weeks before you go into panic mode.
 
sometimes Customs can be weird when it comes to packages I'm sure it'll get through soon
 
make sure you use another address in the future don't use the same address over and over if it does get seized
 
it could spit out of Customs any day now and then it will take only 2 or 3 days from there
 
next time just order domestic it's quicker even though you pay a little more
 
Same for me, showing my last Geneza order shows Held in Customs departing the shipper over seas.

Like stated a-lot of times it will be on the move again in a week or so and if its seized they will re-ship.

I bought alot of tabs on sale or I just normally buy domestic.

I understand. Not saying naps is at fault, I’ve made plenty of orders from them. Just concerned cause I haven’t seen that update on any others and having it show up every day since the first one. Also with receiving an email from naps saying it was being reshipped. Simply asking if any others had anything similar recently.

One order was hcg and Hmg for fertility. The second was super drol Geneza. After the wife is pregnant was going to hop back onto test 400ish mg a week with a couple weeks of the super drop to jumpstart. Thanks for the input.
