1000mgs every 12 weeks is a very bad prescription. You should be doing 100mgs every week instead. This will spike and crash your hormones badly. Very unhealthy e2 spikes. @Blast

You’re not wrong, I didn’t realise how much the anavar pumps were going to affect my training. Instead of doing a full arm workout with chest and triceps or back and biceps, I have had to reduce the number of exercises to 2 x 5 sets each. Then on the arms only day I’m not so fried and able to get in 20 sets of 10-12 reps for biceps and triceps.

Yep I totally agree with you. At the moment I’m playing the game with the endo to see if they end up putting me on test E or Sus 250.
But if they do not, I will end up just doing my own TRT doses of test E weekly.

With the clen dosing, what would you suggest? I’m planning to do 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

Haha 😝 yep, I’ve had troubles falling sleep after the bed time doses. I’ve been trialing going to sleep and waking up at midnight for my dose, the drowsiness of being asleep has helped me get back to sleep relatively quickly.

I used to eat cooked liver in the past, for some reason it would make me quite nauseous even though I liked the taste and smell of it.

I’m essentially using them as a multivitamin, as suggested by one of my doctors.

Thank you mate, I’ve already gained from 112.5kg to 115.5kg in 7 days, but I’m guessing it’s glycogen and water retention at the moment. Hoping to get back to what I used to look like, picture attached.

Thanks mate 🙏, I did look at retatrutide and do a bit of research, it seems like a good addition. I used to cycle a fair bit 10+ years ago and I’ve done the odd low dose cycle up until 5 years ago, but all the new chemicals these days are a bit beyond me.

If I did use retatrutide, how would I dose it and how often do I take it?

A big thank you to everyone for all your messages, I appreciate that you’re following my journey and I hope to show you all what I’m capable of.
I’m a little bit new to this style of forum software and still getting used to how it works and being unable to edit previous posts.

A little bit about me, I started working out when I was 13 to get the school bullies off my case and it turned into a big passion of mine over the years and I made a lot of good friends at the gym.

I’ve done a number of Test and Deca cycles, I’ve thrown equipoise in there as well, some Tren an and Test P at one point to. I used to be 110kg and much leaner than I am these days. Unfortunately I had an auto immune disease(rheumatoid arthritis) kick in around 5 years ago and I broke my back 15+ years ago but manage to recover pretty well fully from that with minimal side effects. Deca has been a big help with the autoimmune problem, one doctor who willingly followed one of my cycles commented about how good I was doing on 200mg a week of deca with 250mg a week of test, but ofcourse was unable to prescribe me any and kept it entirely off their records.

I stopped cycling for about 5 years while tackling my auto immune problems, but thankfully with good doctors I’ve found a way to continue training and enjoying the gym like I did for so many years. Unfortunately one of my medications kills my testosterone levels and I was able to get onto doctor prescribed TRT because it sent my levels down to 3nmol.

So far I’ve noticed a good boost in energy despite being almost out of testosterone, I have my next TRT shot in 6 days.

The Anavar pumps have been insane, making it hard to push my 12 rep sets out, but I persist as best as I can.

The Clen has been a good energy boost, very clean feeling Clen as well without too many side effects. I used to get a regular supply of the veterinary gel and that would make me shake like crazy and cramp up quite bad.

The HGH is legit stuff and I dare say overdosed, as I’ve managed to put on 3kg in a week, I feel energetic, I sleep better and I’m noticing that combined with the anavar and despite my reduced calories, my muscles feel fuller between workouts.
U can definitely make some good progression in that amount time if u get after at 💪
I really hope so, I'm giving a really good go.

@Blast you should go on self TRT or get TRT from them on top of normal TRT. I suggest clenbuterol 2days on 2 off but really you need retatrutide not clen.

At the moment they’re forcing me to get their TRT doses done by a GP, which I’m hoping at some point they will say it’s ok for me to do it myself and I’ll just substitute Test E for it. Or hoping that my blood tests come back showing it’s not working the way they want it to and they switch me to Test E. I definitely want to move away from their initial advice, it goes against everything I know and have read about using testosterone.

Instead of doing a full arm workout with chest and triceps or back and biceps, I have had to reduce the number of exercises to 2 x 5 sets each. Then on the arms only day I’m not so fried and able to get in 20 sets of 10-12 reps for biceps and triceps.

Yep I totally agree with you. At the moment I’m playing the game with the endo to see if they end up putting me on test E or Sus 250.
But if they do not, I will end up just doing my own TRT doses of test E weekly.

With the clen dosing, what would you suggest? I’m planning to do 2 weeks on and 1 week off.

I used to eat cooked liver in the past, for some reason it would make me quite nauseous even though I liked the taste and smell of it.

I’m essentially using them as a multivitamin, as suggested by one of my doctors.

@Blast you can take their "TRT" and add your blast on top of it, just work it around the blood work, we do that in USA with orals etc.

you should listen to the podcast on reta. lots of ways to use it. maybe start at 1mg a week

Goal: Maximise fat loss, improve muscle definition, and support lean mass while on a 50 day protocol.

2 IU HGH daily before bed,
40mg daily (split into two doses),
100mcg Clenbuterol daily.
(TRT) Reandron 1000mg every 12 weeks

Supplements taken daily:
Creatine 5g
Fish Oil 3g daily
5g Magnesium Glycinate
Zinc 100mg + Vitamin C 250mg
Organic grass fed Beef liver capsules x 4

Weekly Training Split
Monday: Chest + Triceps + 30 mins cardio
Tuesday: Legs + Core
Wednesday: Back + Biceps + 30 mins cardio
Thursday: Shoulders + Abs + 30 mins cardio
Friday: Legs + Weak Points (High-rep pump)
Saturday: Biceps + Triceps + 45 mins cardio
Sunday: Rest day

Cardio will primarily be walking at 5-6km/h on the treadmill after weight lifting. I also go for an additional 30 minute walk every day around the neighbourhood.

Hmm 🤔, do you think if I bump up my TRT by 125mg a week of test E and add in some masteron, that I could avoid the estrogen side effects from the 1000mg dose of test undeconate every 12 weeks?
I initially avoided taking anything extra because I didn’t really know how to balance the effects of the test undeconate.

I’m up to 117.2kg from 112.5kg in 10 days as of this morning 🤔, I’m not unhappy about it, but I’m a little bit stumped on why I’m gaining weight on around 2000 calories a day.

My training has been going really well, I’m managing to push through the intense burn I get from rep 8 to 12. I’m enjoying working out legs the most because I’m getting a really good pump and I have a bit of extra energy from the mild stack I’m running. I’m enjoying working out arms the least, because the intense burning starts at 6-8 reps on the first set 😄.

My Testosterone levels are definitely low at the moment and my recovery is pretty slow compared to when my test levels are mildly boosted from the TRT. Most body parts are still sore from the previous work out until the next workout and I’m looking forward to getting my next TRT shot this coming week.

I was getting a hair cut the other day and I could feel the sweat dripping down my back from the gown they throw over you. In fact at the gym I am now the most sweaty person in there. I’m also enjoying the added energy boost I get from taking it. I’ve got 4 more days until I take a 7 day break from it.

I’ve gained more weight, I’m up at 117.2kg on an empty stomach this morning and either I’m doing something wrong or Raptors HGH and/or anavar is seriously good. My body composition is noticeably changing, my stomach is reducing in size and I’m starting to see the beginnings of my abs showing up along with my sides and waist gaining reducing in size.
I keep wondering if I will reach 120kg, but I feel like the calorie deficit should kick in soon and translate into kilograms lost rather than gained.

For my diet, I’ve been reducing my daily carbohydrates 40-50g from my listed diet and about 20g of protein as well. I didn’t want to, but I’m wanting to see if the scales go down rather than up.

I’ll take some more photos in the next few days to show my progress so far.

@Blast even if you pump TRT and add master that would not be an estrogen control factor. You need an Ai and you need to do private blood work. I wouldn't decline the 1000mgs from the doctor but ask that the shots be split to 100mgs/week for 10 weeks.

Unfortunately it’s not an option with my current doctors and endo, I’m forced to take all 4ml at once. I’m not sure where their logic comes from with this style of treatment.

Although something has come up with my regular gp, which may allow me to do my own injections in the near future 😀.. I will find out this week.

@Blast, I'm not surprised they are just trying to use up the whole vial, easier for them.
You should try to press them to split it into 2ml/week at least.

Yesterday I talked to the doctor about my concerns for estrogen side effects and also that my test levels were dropping too low before my next injection.. they basically speaking ignored my concerns and said that it was the right way to use Reandron and it was up to the endocrinologists if the interval between injections was to be reduced.

But due to my regular doctor moving an hour and a half away from me, and the regular doctor is much more accomodating, I think with some time I can either be changed to Test E or be allowed to inject it myself.

But at least I’ve had my next shot to top me up, I was feeling the effects of low testosterone quite a bit this week.

I can tell and most importantly other people have noticed that I am losing fat, which confirms it to me that I am losing fat despite gaining 4.5kg (currently sitting at 117.1kg/257.62lbs). I did go for a 45 minute sauna to see if I could drop any water weight, but I only managed to lose 100g on the scales.

My strength has plateaued after the initial increase in the first week, but I’d say this was due to my system running out of testosterone.

I am still taking 2IU of HGH at midnight daily, I found it difficult to fall back asleep if I were taking the dose without already having been asleep.

The 40mg of Anavar I am taking, I take at 7:30am in the morning and again at 2:30pm in the afternoon, generally as a pre work out. The pumps have been great and I find that my muscles still feel a bit pumped up for a day or two after working out.
Most noticeable is my calf pumps and quads to.

The Clenbuterol has been great, although after 3 days of 100mcg a day I did noticed slight cramps, which I was able to resolve using 1000mg of Taurine daily, plus a musashi electrolytes drink (116mg sodium, 52mg potassium, 32mg magnesium, 80mg calcium, 500mg glutamine) multiple times daily.
I’ve enjoyed taking it and I feel like it is working well in my stack.

Now that my system has been topped up with the 1000mg testosterone undeconate, I should start to see more improvements in the next 35 days of my fat loss cycle.

I will post some more photos tomorrow.

Your goal is to be allowed to self inject, this would be easiest for you. @Blast
 
P.s. I am surprised that I don’t get any PIP from a 4ml 1000mg testosterone injection. It’s the only hormone I’ve taken that I’m aware of has used Castor oil, but it’s nice and smooth.
Castor oil can be smooth but can be high pip for many actually. @Blast

It's cos it's still only 250mg/ml. But I'd do that in 2 x 2ml

I am still taking 2IU of HGH at midnight daily, I found it difficult to fall back asleep if I were taking the dose without already having been asleep.

The 40mg of Anavar I am taking, I take at 7:30am in the morning and again at 2:30pm in the afternoon, generally as a pre work out. The pumps have been great and I find that my muscles still feel a bit pumped up for a day or two after working out.
Most noticeable is my calf pumps and quads to.

The Clenbuterol has been great, although after 3 days of 100mcg a day I did noticed slight cramps, which I was able to resolve using 1000mg of Taurine daily, plus a musashi electrolytes drink (116mg sodium, 52mg potassium, 32mg magnesium, 80mg calcium, 500mg glutamine) multiple times daily.
I’ve enjoyed taking it and I feel like it is working well in my stack.

Now that my system has been topped up with the 1000mg testosterone undeconate, I should start to see more improvements in the next 35 days of my fat loss cycle.

I will post some more photos tomorrow.

P.s. I am surprised that I don’t get any PIP from a 4ml 1000mg testosterone injection. It’s the only hormone I’ve taken that I’m aware of has used Castor oil, but it’s nice and smooth.

First an update and then I will respond to the comments in another post.

So I’ve run into a problem this week… Two of the medications I take to manage my autoimmune condition, plus the recent Reandron injection and the HGH use has caused some crazy swelling/water retention in my face, hands and feet, mainly my feet though. My skin feels a little bit tight on my forearms and face, but on my feet you can’t see any veins or my ankle bones, plus it’s mildly uncomfortable from the swelling.

I’ve hit 119.2kg (on an empty stomach) yesterday, up 6.7kg from my starting weight of 112.5kg.

From the research I’ve been doing, meloxicam, buprenorphine, Reandron and HGh combined has caused the perfect storm for a considerable level of water retention.

As a result, I will be stopping the HGH, Anavar and Clen for 4 days starting from today, to allow the Reandron to level out a little bit more before restarting on my journey, and hopefully have the water retention decrease enough so that I can see my ankle bones again.

Then in 4 days, I will be restarting the anavar at 20mg twice daily, the HGH at 1IU daily for 7 days, taken fasted in the morning to reduce possibly water retention from the evening doses. After 7 days, I will increase my HGH dose back to 2IU.

Until the Reandron injection, I hadn’t had any significant water retention, there would have been a some for sure, but in the last couple of days I have had two friends point out the puffiness in my face and forearms, which is when I also began to notice it.

I will be purchasing some dandelion root tea and increasing my B6 intake to help with any future water retention I might have.

So yeahh… this is a first for me, I am getting older and dealing with an autoimmune disease that kicked in 5 years ago. But I won’t let that stop me and I will continue to work towards my goal of 14-15% body fat at 96-98kg.

But to be totally transparent, the 2 years prior to when I went to hospital involved travelling internationally for 6 months a year, a tonne of stress and lots of caffeine, there was the odd fast food meal, I don’t drink alcohol, I smoked cigarettes and weed, I used Coca Cola for the late nights at work(which was 2-4 times a month depending on whether I was at home or overseas.)

Unfortunately I’ve been gifted at birth with a genetic connective tissue disorder as well, Fasting was one of the things I tried under instruction from a specialist. What helps me most is being strong and weighing about 92-94kg.

I ended up peaking at 119.6kg on Sunday.

From Monday I added in 500mg of TUDCA daily for liver support and Carusso’s dandelion and B6 diuretic, which is definitely working because I’m down to 115.2kg by Wednesday morning.

I took some progress photos on Sunday with my water retention, mostly because I wanted to keep to posting photos every two weeks. But I will take another set this weekend and post both sets for a comparison.

The plan going forward is the following:

1IU hgh at 5:30am, Fasted + 1 shot of espresso, followed by 30 minutes on the treadmill. 7 days a week.

Clenbuterol 1 week on 1 week off at 100mcg In the mornings before cardio.

20mg of anavar pre work out

1IU of hgh 3 hours post dinner.

I must hit my goals and I’m enjoying the shit out of this journey so far :)

I wish I was living in the U.S., there is so much more available to you guys. I’m in Australia and apparently it’s out of stock most of the time and then snapped up quick when it is available from what I’ve read.

instead of primo you can try anavar but its an oral

I tried something different this morning after having a sluggish work out yesterday, and it went better than expected.

At 7:30am I took 2iu of HGH, 20mg of anavar and 50mcg of clenbuterol on any empty stomach, then I headed out for a half an hour walk with my dog.
At 9:30am I headed off to the gym for 90 minutes of weights. I had good energy levels and I still managed to get a solid pump, I even squeezed out some extra reps.

I ate a larger post work out meal within 10 minutes of finishing my work out and took my morning vitamins.
I gotta say, I’m feeling pretty good.

I’ve also attached a photo of my vitamins that I take. P.s. the photo is missing my “Blackmores omega triple super strength fish oil” tablets.

though i thinkt he 50mcg clne not necessary a glp1 would work better

diuretics will flush water weight. but you need to drop actual body fat @Blast plus they are dangerous

Why are you using diuretics? Not to an ass but your carrying fat not water
I appreciate that you care Mobster. I was mainly using them for 4-5 days and now I’ve cut back to taking 1 tablet every now and then when my feet lose their veins. Definitely need to lose fat, it was more to deal with my swollen feet, hands and ankles. Which are thankfully back to normal now.

Agreed, the diuretics were only to deal with water retention issues. Unfortunately 3 of my regular medications all cause water retention and combined with the hgh clen and TRT injection my feet were like balloons. I made sure to keep up on my electrolytes while I was taking them regularly.
@Blast this is a good setup but i would rather you see on glp1's then clen anyday. plus mixing diuretics and clen is dangerous. can get heart issues

you are down water weight. i don't think its safe to do clen and diuretics. you can get into trouble with dehydration fast. @Blast
I’m fortunate that I have a few months off work, otherwise I’d definitely be in trouble, at the moment I eat, work out, sleep and help the wife with things. I’m able to take it pretty easy between work outs and tasks.

bros you need to focus on proper fat loss. not shedding water. you should do tirz or reta IMO
Definitely agree with what you’re saying, I’m considering both options for the near future.

Trying my best to transform, I have 24 days left of HGH and anavar, hoping to drop another 5-8kg of fat by the end :)
