HGH now. Test from week 12?

Hey

So I started HGH today. Why haven’t I seen results?

lol just kidding. 😂😂

I’ve been reading and the general theme seems to be that adding in AAS from 12 weeks can work wonders. I’d love to hear people’s opinions on this.

From what I’ve read the GH promotes the creation of new muscle fibres. And then the test makes those fibres grow.

So come 12 weeks I’m considering beginning my first AAS cycle. Test only

Sound like a plan?

I’m 36 so deffo the right age.

Very serious and committed to my training and nutrition too.

It’s good to understand the science behind this stuff. I’ll keep researching in the mean time.

Definitely not interested in using insulin.

I do want to grow. What I’m looking for at this stage is to speed up my assent to my natural limit before I hit 40.

Then see about maintaining at that level as natural as possible. And adjust as I see fit as I age and my goals change.

36 is on the cusp. It will vary between individuals.

I’m going to assess how I feel 2 months in and decide if I’m ready for AAS.
 
Hey

Been taking HGH since Monday. All going fine.

Except I’m feeling super fatigued in the afternoon. I know this is a normal side. And I’ll probabky reduce my dose for a bit and work back up to 3IUs.

However....

I’ve been pinning early in the AM.

I have just read that it can be worth pinning in the pm before bed. As it makes me tired, I may as well benefit from it by sleeping like a baby.

I know this “apparently” can suppress my natural GH production. But then I’ve also read this is bs too and no matter when you take it the natural production is suppressed.

Can anyone weigh in with opinions, preferably backed up by personal experience and / or evidence?

I may try it anyway and see how I feel. We’re all different right!

I think I’ll reduce the dose and continue in the am. If that doesn’t help I’ll go back to 3IUs and move to injecting before bed. If the reduction helps then I’ll look to increase in a week or so by 0.5IUs and see how it goes.
