Hi all! So I'm 47 on trt 100mg cyp a week and do blasts every once in a while. Thinking about adding HGH to my TRT same clinic. My goal is always fat loss and to at least maintain muscle. My concerns are for long term sides like carpel tunnel or high blood sugar diabetes. If my main goal is fatloss and injury prevention is HGH the answer or should I look into something else to decrease the negative sides to HGH like Frag, Ipamorelin, IGF1-Lr3, MK677. Money is not a concern either. Just want the best for fatloss without bad longterm sides. Thanks all!
