high AST/ALT

My doctor had me do bloodwork and came back high AST and high ALT. They are 5-10 points over. I do drink alcohol a few times a week in moderation. But he said that my number needs to be in line. He suggested some liver medication and to get supplements. Which one is best for me?

nobody needs to drink alcohol, it is just peer pressure, weakness, addiction and/or habitual.

i haven't drank alcohol in 15 years. who cares. anyone has a problem with it they can kiss my ass
