I am taking pre workouts and find them to give me a extra energy and focus. Do some people find that it doent work for them? Do you think it differs from person to person ???

Focus?

People getting lost in the way from the locker room to the squat rack?

It Absolutely does.
Personally I don't get any kind of noticeable boost from them. I guess it's probably due to my excessive coffee consumption :D

So-called pre-workouts are utter garbage. Focus and thus commitment is something that one either has or one does not have. No "pre-workout" is going to give you that.
So if you feel as though you need a "pre-workout," drink a cup of black coffee before you train. It will lend you the same affect, and, best of all, you won't be laughed at by the thieves who peddle "pre-workouts" and the like.

I’m the wrong gal to ask about pre workouts. They are garbage. Loaded with sugar, caffeine and fake energy. I like a quality meal and potentially a cup of coffee if need be pre workout.
