how much reta do you recommend?

Interested in using retatrutide and need some advice on how much you recommend for me. I’ve read that 2-3mgs a week is good. What would you recommend for me going forward?
I’m 5’10’’ and 220lbs. I would like to cut down around 10-15lbs and get leaner but not too skinny or burn muscle.
 
Brother do not start on 2-3mg you will potentially feel like garbage and can have a negative effect.

Just start with 1mg for your first two weeks and test the waters. After that if you need then titrate it up to 1.5mg - 2mg max.

Give that another run for two weeks and see. If your getting the intended effect ride that dose out until its no longer effective. Then titrate again.

More is not better in this case. Try to capitalise on as small of a dose possible before you move it up.

Dont use it as a tool to try and change bad habits as you can rebound when you come off. Use it as a tool to supercharge healthy changes you should already be implementing. Im not saying you have to be getting everything right straight away but you should be trying to make an effort with cleaning up the diet and getting some training in.

Are you on any other Ped's?
 
I agree with the 1mg recommendation. I did 2mg first time, that was gonna be a weekly amount but I got sick as shit and changed to 2mg a week but split into EOD pins. I would have preferred 1 pin of that but now it's working good so not gonna change. I upped to 2.5mg on week 9.

Run retatrutide at 2mg per week to start and hold that for 4 weeks first
 
tirzepatide is also an option. The advantage is it's FDA approved and it's been around a lot longer. So it's been more of a track record.

In your case, none.

Start a log on here and post your diet/training/supplements and we'll have 10lbs off you in no time.

Then we can discuss Reta and PED's if that's what you're considering.

How old are you too?
 
do the reta at 1-2mgs the first 6 weeks. Then you can gradually start increasing it. You might want to go 3 or 4 mg after that.
 
The first month you want to run 1 or 2 mg I completely agree with that. This way your body gets used to the side effects. You don't want to run it too high and end up being nauseous every day.
 
Bros you gotta push it for 6 months minimum. A lot of people running it for 9 or 12 months even. That's going to be the key. Staying consistent.
@ziaskei If you're going to run it anyway, then this here above ⬆️ and just use it for it's health benefits but you will lose 10lbs with diet and training with it easily.

Anyone who is telling you to start at more than .5-1mg for at least the first 4-6 weeks has never actually taken it.
Correct dosage as follows
Wk 1-4 min .5-1mg
next 4 weeks min 1.5-2mg
next 4 weeks min 2.5-3mg
If you start any higher your gonna feel like shit and not be able to eat. That is not the goal here. The goal is to help control appetite, not destroy it along with your gut health.
Take it at 1 shot per week. If you feel like crap when you bump up your taking too much. Back it odd .5mg/wk
Last time i used it i went 10 weeks at 1mg before I felt I needed to bump up the dose.
