I was curious if there's a way to get an idea what my testosterone level would be after an injection of testosterone. For example, if my normal total T is 500, what would the number be after a single dose of 250mg of Test E. I know lab work is the most reliable way, but is there a way to get an approximation. For the record, I know it takes a while for it to build up in the system.

After a single shot it will spike and then dip below your normal lever for a little while.
What it's gonna be after a single injection is anyone's guess, but if you're on it for a while and got stable blood levels, then as a rule it's 4-5 times your weekly dose.

Thanks for the response. So I take it that the end result would vary from person to person. I should have been more clear, though. What if a person were to take the 250mg dose weekly. My fault. My brain has a crappy auto-correct lol.

Yeah everyone respond differently, not 2 persons are the same body weight, body composition, etc. So it will be around 1200 or thereabouts +/-

1 injection it would be bumped a little up. the idea is as you inject over time more and more hits your system with less leaving out. once it reaches peak level then things level out assuming you injected on a proper schedule

Well just FYI, dont do just one shot. Totally pointless! If somebody tryna sell ya some wild ass idea, its a lie. Do a cycle or nothing. What kind of training split do you do?

Would an AI be absolutely crucial to 250mg of Testosterone Enthanate injected once every 7 days? Arimidex seems to be the AI of choice, but some others swear by Aromasin.

Totally not what I had in mind. I know testosterone is a powerful hormone, just wanted to see how powerful at lower doses. Just asking out of curiosity. I know a single shot will do nothing at all.

No. If you are not very prone to gyno it's absolutely possible to run a moderate test cycle with zero issues. I'd still keep something at hand in case things get ugly.

you should always have an ai on hand no matter what... how estrogen prone you may or may not be is variant from person to person and bloodwork determines how much you may or may not need

once again, variant from person to person... aromasin will be stronger so that could be good or bad... people that are not prone to estrogen find aromasin may be too strong but on the flip side, people more prone, find arimidex to not be strong enough at times.. i personally prefer aromasin, but im more estrogen prone...

Nobody knows your estrogen sensitivity. Its individual specific. Some need an ai even with low test and some dont need one until they get to 500 or more

Don't think of it as boosting your testosterone but more like replacing it. In that sense, good test, will provide a 5x your dose test number. A 500mg per week dose will provide a 2500 ng/dl test number.

Interesting. I've read 250mg per week is more than a TRT dose. I don't have low T.

Yea, a typical TRT dose is around 100-150mg per week. Everyone is different though so there are the outliers that have to dose higher.
