How to increase SHBG?

Hello guys Im finoshing my PCT and after a blood work I Have Low SHBG, normal T levels and normal FSH and LH levels. What do you recomend to do for stimulating my SHBG levels.

why would you want SHBG up?

the lower it is the better. it is a reach to assume low levels are somehow harmful

Ups, my mistake. I thought that low values were bad. I think I dont understand the concept of SHBG very well.

SHGB binds to testosterone. If its bound test its not "free test" which is what your body can use.

The more SHGB the less free test you have, not a good thing.

Thats why DHT compounds like proviron work well because they bind to SHGB and thus leave more free test.
