Huge Cheat meal!!!

Hello Im doing one big cheat meal every week.
I always use N2slin before my cheat meal but I found another product.

What do you guys think about that product, does it work???
It claims you can eat a huge carb meal and it will not effect you!!!!
What are your opinions on that product or what are other things to do before a big cheat meal???
 
just being honest bro i think u can eat carbs as much as u burn them, slower metabolism = less carbs / or more cardio. eat that 'cheat' meal and then run an hour later and it shouldnt stick in ur system at all, i dont htink any drugs will help with that besides maybe speed. but im no doctor man just what i think, listen to ur body after trying a few different methods and see how it responds. if ur really overweight then each method may take more time to see any differences. less drugs the better imo.

I use the rule that supplements, are only supplemental. They only slightly help, if not only mentally. Hell man, if it's a cheat meal a week...who really cares too much. You didn't get big from one meal, nor can you get shredded from one. One meal won't kill you.
 
I am using a different product, similar but it promises the same results. Lower blood sugar, lower insulin spikes, and less fat gain.

Its not as good as N2 Slin but it does work.
You should research the ingredient profile and see for yourself if this is something you want to be taking...

You don't need a cheat meal if you are going to circumvent the meal with NSslin! Ridiculous! Hell cheat every day then!
 
there is a difference between a cheat meal and one with high carbs

we need to stop spreading this myth that carbs are bad. vegans (who actually know how to eat) eat a lot of carbs and they typically get made fun of by juicemonkey's for being tiny.

Don't try to justify having a cheat meal by taking supplements.

N2slin is a great product but it isn't magic. How you eat and how you train will determine 90% of how you look.
 
how big is this cheat meal? im sure one meal a week would be fine without a supplement to justify it. if you want a cheat meal just have one, a diet has to be doable otherwise you wont stick to it, if your way of getting through your diet is a cheat meal to look forward to im sure ul be fine as your going to be eating clean the other 99% of the week

i think n2slin is a better product.the key to cheat meals, is not having to many per week..regardless of what supplements you are on.Once you start expecting a supplement to negate the effects and starting increasing cheat meals... you actually are going backwards
 
All of these supplement only aid and help with your diet or exercise, but they will not entirely block the carbs, or make the muscles grow. So consider them as a little help, nothing more than that. N2Slin is pretty good, but don't expect to be able to eat anything you want without limits.
